The workers here give out amazing service and actually say the right time your pizza will be out and ready. The pizza here is... amazing and always perfect and mouth washing, we have been here like 7 times and we always get treated with respect. If youorder parmesan cheese they will give you an awesome portion and will always keep your pizzas fresh and hot. Really recommend togo there on the weekends especially on Saturday. Food didn't even rate as bad that would be a step up. I will never eat at a Papa John's again. It made me sick to my stomach.... The big rude guy behind the counter should spend more time working on making better pizza than acting like hes god. Sorry, papayou lost a customer that once really liked you pizza. Been ordering Papa John's for the past few years, stopped going here for a bit when quality seemed to be declining. Sadly after... returning to try again, continues to decline. Today was probably the worst. Completely burnt garlic knots. Service is fast,pizza was cooked well but seems like something is overcooked each time we order. I ordered a 16" pizza through UberEats and received a 14" pizza. I called to see if they could make it right and the kid that... answered gave me the biggest attitude and said the pizza shrunk. He even hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisorabout his attitude. Seriously? He also threatened me stating he had my card information, name and my address. Be careful if youorder from here, look at all the 1 star reviews that are very recent. Probably because of that kid! Thankfully UberEats refundedme. Just ordered pizza because I had a free one because they were late last time getting to me the pizza this time was blown up on... the crust and I had ordered some chicken wings they?re absolutely smothered in so much barbecue sauce I had to get some of itoff just to be able to eat it. Yuck! I don't remember Papa Johns Pizza being so nasty. I am disappointed! Its clear now why the NFL kicked Papa Johns to the... curb. I Ordered a Large Original Crust Double Mushroom/Italian Sausage & a Large Thin crust with Canadian Bacon, Bacon &Pineapple. From the looks of the Double Mushroom/Italian Sausage ... they didn't double down on the mushrooms ... and theCanadian Bacon, Bacon Pineapple looks like it got shorted on toppings too. Its hard to tell though ... seeing how they justpiled all the toppings in the middle of the pizza without any regard to even distribution! Most slices barely had any toppingsat all, and a few were were piled high. Maybe that's the trick to deceiving your customers. Beyond that, the website said theywould send an email stating the timeline for pick-up .... I spent 5 minutes waiting for the email, but it never came. Called thestore and the person answering the phone told me to be there in 5 minutes. Then, when I got to the store, 10 minutes later, theyhad a hard to making change for the fifty I gave him. By the time I got home the pizza was cold and the thin crust was likecardboard. Beyond that, the sauce was so sweet, if I didn't know any better, I'd think they sprinkled sugar on the pizza whilethey were making it. All in all it was pretty nasty. I don't know if they were just having a bad day, if they're incompetent,if they're sociopaths, or if they just suck at making pizza; but I do not see me ordering another Papa Johns Pizza in the nearfuture. Again, I'd just like to say YUCK!!! I admit I used the 3 topping carry out deal, but still, if they're going tocompromise their standards, then maybe they shouldn't offer that deal anymore! Tried out the new Papadias this evening and they are delicious!! Filled with plenty of toppings and quite filling!! Also got a 5... topping large carry out, such a great special!!
