I stopped by to pick up a dinner salad and bread sticks to go. The dinner salad has many many brown spotted lettuce pieces and... oversized chunks that are also spotted in brown. Also, look at the size of that onion! Where are the lovely onion ringlets thatused to be served with this salad? The bread sticks must have been leftovers because we had to chase each bite with water theyare so disappointingly dry. I hadn’t stopped in to pick up a salad and bread sticks to take home since before covid. Theprice was 15$ pre covid and super tasting and mouth watering. 20$ now and I won’t be stopping by to pick up another orderagain. And don’t get me started on the cooking staff guy I saw through the window that was rubbing his nose and wiping itwith his index finger before the manager walked out from the back with my order. I'm not impressed with the quality of food when I ordered curbside. The salad was browning. The breadsticks were old and... hard. The raviolis were not warm when they came out at the quoted time. There was also only 5 which might be the usual amountfor a lunch portion but combined with the lack of enjoyable sides it left me pretty hungry. It was my first time trying olivegarden for lunch but it will probably be my last unfortunately. Read more

We ordered OG2Go. It was easy to order and it was a full menu. You can choose salad or one of their 4 soup options and bread... sticks. Our food was ready exactly on time as promised the server was at my car door. The order was correct, silverware andgrated cheese. We got the Seafood Alfredo, Salad, and Bread Sticks to go. Unfortunately, the bread didn't make it home????. Note to self: Next... time order more bread sticks ????. Perfect cook on the pasta and seafood. Alfredo, perfect, right in the middle. Some Alfredosauces can be a little strong. Garden salad was great. House Italian, again was smooth not over powering. oooo the pepperoncinion the salad, bursting with that unique flavor they have. Close it all out with a mint and a beverage. Haven’t been here since before Covid and I’m so happy I came in! Hats off to the chef because the food was actually soooo... good. I ordered a well done sirloin and it was honestly one of the best I had. And our server Dustin did an amazing job. We’lldefinitely have to be back for more. Read more

1/30/22 Excellent Customer Service and Quality Food Well Presented. Rochelle, our wait staff was amazing! 2019 I ordered from... the menu a 10 dollar special where you pick 3 items and build a pasta. I picked by the highest calorie count to build what wasmade below. It was a good deal for 10 dollars, but I kind of expected better presentation from this restaurant due to it'sreputation. This is a late review but every year I have to go and get their pumpkin cheesecake ????. Of course that was great but I got... stuffed shells and there was hardly any sauce on there, which doesn’t even make sense. Some people like a little sauce, I likeat least a normal amount. My husband got the Egg Plant Parmesan which he said was pretty good. I ordered online and that partwas great, as soon as I parked, she came to me and asked my name and brought my order right out to me. Read more

08.20.21 Update after this post I got their canned response. Randy - This is not the kind of experience we strive to offer.... We'd like to learn more in order to help. Hadn’t been there in quite a while, andprobably won’t be back any time soon or again. The atmosphere was nice, but I don’t understand why it took four people tofind us a table and when they did it was a two top in a high traffic area (why). The waitress was nice bough but not verydetail orientated. Our drinks two ice tea came one had an adequate amount of ice the other had a Canadian amount of ice (twocubes) had to ask for more. The salad came and there were a couple of large discolored pieces of lettuce in it. Our dinner cameand both plates were sloppy, sauce all over the edge of both plates. The chicken tortalini was good but not up to OG standards.The chicken Marsala was on the cool side and tasted very boozy. The chicken (both pieces) was grissley and the sir of pasta waswatery wit what seemed to be bottled sauce. After that being said I had two bites and was done.
