The mozzarella sticks were awful. Everyone of them was empty. The cheese oozed out and was hard outside of the breading.

The Cesar salad was soggy and deep into a liter of salad dressing. The "meatballs" pizza wasn't that great. Red sauce way to... salty and meatballs cut into slices dry and bitter. The chicken tenders were ok. Waitress took for ever and no water, or softdrinks refills . Disappointed. Read more

I have been to Old Chicago a couple of times, it's not cheap but I don't think the prices are bad. The service was very good. I... would recommend that when you come to eat, eat in the regular seating area and not the bar area. There's poor lighting thatmakes you feel claustrophobic, especially at night. They have good flavored lemonades and I liked the Sicilian Pepperoni Rolls.Not a bad place for pizza items, but I would not recommend the Turkey and Club. Read more

I was and still am quite disappointed in the quality of the chicken wings I received... I'm not even sure if they can rightfully... be called a wing. If I didn't let you know what they were, By looking at the pictures I've provided, You would have a hard timeidentifying them as such. If this is the best they can do perhaps they should stop selling them. One even has feather remnant'sbaked in. Giving 1 star is a star too many. Read more

Our waitress was super sweet. But 1 hour later, 3 separate servings (forgetting food, bringing out wrong food, giving our food... to another table) we finally get 2 burgers, I don't like burgers that are pink. No biggie. We had been there an hour and stillhadn't gotten our food out so we ask our waitress if she can just take these back, we don't eat pink or med rare meat. It's nother fault, no big deal. However she has to tell the manager because she is new. Manager comes out, a small, thin older man. Heis already angry. I don't know why, I wasn't it was just not a good night for their kitchen, but the manager picks up my plate,examines the burger and says that it IS medium no pink. Clearly it isn't medium no pink, and it isn't because they first lostour food to another table, then cooked the wrong burger so when they finally decided to make these burgers they were rushed. They walked the old/cold pizza around trying to figure out which table it went to. By the time it made it to my boys it was coldand gross. The fish & chips was something you would get from the freezer section and the fries were raw. The food was simplyterrible tonight and they really messed up our order. It really wasn't a big deal to us but the manager was such an absolutelyrude & repugnant little man that we will not be going back. I feel for our waitress who was a total sweetheart because hermanager is awful. Her talent is totally waisted here. Skip this location, better pizza at red Robin, or even little Caesars forthat matter. Read more

Really good pizza and cheesy bread. They also have good calzones. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Service did seem a bit... slow but probably because they are somewhat understaffed. Would probably come back again. Read more

I ordered online. When I got there it took several minutes to know where to go to pick up my food. Nobody at the front. This is... the 2nd time going & not having anybody to greet you. I got a Tuscan & Meat Me pizza. The meat me pizza was wrong. It didn'thave the Italian sausage or basil on it. Talked to Bridgette & she had it remade. AGAIN it was wrong crust & no olives.
