You keep thinking, not everything can be on point. But, let mesave you the curiosity and tell you IT IS. I feel like a food critic ???? The food had endless amounts of flavor and taste. Theamount of food you get is the PERFECT amount. I am from Texas and pray we get one of these in Austin sooner than later. No doubtthis places will be successful. Also, the lemon bar dessert. Drove by the parking lot by the Walmart by me and saw a bunch of food trucks. Walked up didn't know which truck I wanted. They... handed me a menu and I was set. Didn't even bother with any of the other trucks. Chicken and waffles is My jam. I've been to thebest of the best. Y'all place respectfully. Had the cluck and waffle and must say that s*** was fire. When I read it and it saidhand battered fried chicken with lemon zest I wasn't sure but it works. These chicken tenders are good. Nice crunch,nice flavor,good size. the Sriracha mayo, pickled veggies and the jalapeno cheddar waffle I'll just go together. It's a flavor combinationthat I don't know how to describe but it works. The only thing that I was missing was something sweet with all the savory likemaybe a teriyaki sauce or a honey drizzle. It was amazing. Located inside 555 and Fritzy's Speakeasy downtown, Munchies 719 is the food for the bar. This is awesome food that has a lot of... fushion going on; creative and delicious juices are definitely flowing here. We actually thought this place should be onNetflix's Somebody Feed Phil. The combinations were that great. Look forward to trying out more items from the menu. There'sseating at the bar, plenty of table and chair options inside, and a nice patio too. The bartender was super friendly and filledus in that we order drinks through him and to order food by walking up to the kitchen counter to let the cook/chef know yourorder. The cook that night was also super nice and friendly, and brought us our food when it was ready. She knew we weresharing our items and was thoughtful in providing extra plates and putting the spicy items on the side. Thyme 4 Chicken NWaffles came with a generous amount of chicken. Stumbled on this place by accident. Safe to say I have found the best grilled cheese. I saw a lot of people complaining about... whole garlic cloves but that is what garlic confit is lol. I love love love love the garlic grilled cheese I had today andabsolutely appreciated the amount of garlic in it. My boyfriend got the Munchies Street Tacos and it was delicious, tender meat,juicy and the pickled onions were great. Service was exceptional. Will definitely come back. Read more
