Pretty good Mexican restaurant, better than a lot of other places here in the Springs but it's still missing something. The... chicken burrito was ok, very dry inside. The molcajete was good, a very big portion, I would recommend getting it for two peoplesince the price is 30$..the prices are high, but once in a while it's ok. I would recommend it. Read more

Tried Mi Mexico for the first time on Cinco de Mayo! It was very busy and had a nice fun atmosphere. The menu is very large,... I'll have to study it at lenght next visit. The service was good for how busy it was. The Ultimate Margarita was not good,tasted like agave water. I would order something else next time. The food was very delicious. It arrived hot and the tamale,Chile relleno and enchilada all had unique flavors. It would have been perfect with some sour cream but I didn't want to wait. Iwill definitely return to try some of the yummy looking dishes! Read more
My husband and I visited Mi Mexico for the first time on Cinco de Mayo. We were seated immediately. They were properly staffed... and the staff were very polite and our servers were on top of everything. We were served a basket of tortilla chips and redsalsa. The salsa tasted good, however it was very watery which makes it hard to keep it on the chip. Needless to say we droppedsome on the table and my husband got some on his shorts. I ordered the Mexican pizza (beef) and my husband ordered Super Nachos(chicken). Food was delicious and well worth the money. The plating was a bit messy as served. But the taste made up forit. Their Mexican food tasted more authentic than some other Mexican restaurants we?ve tried. Better than chain restaurants forsure. My husband also ordered a house margarita. It was pretty cheap (under $4), but no buzz. He said it was good though. Ourtable and bench were clean. The restaurant itself was decently taken care of with how busy it was. Thank you Mi Mexico! I have been looking for the best Mexican Restaurant in COS, I?ve found some okay ones but the flavors just weren?t there. THIS... restaurant is the best Mexican Restaurant I have found so far!! Even the salsa had delicious flavor while we waited for ourfood. Can?t remember the name of my friends plate but she had shrimp and mushrooms and carne asada on her plate, I tried hershrimp and mushrooms and it was bursting with flavor, just delicious. I asked for the #14 but asked for it to be a largecombination instead of small. They are not playing around with their portions I probably would have been alright with justsmall! Husband got enchiladas divorciados, his favorite enchiladas on the plate were the green ones. We got the queso fundidofor appetizer, wasn?t quite what I was expecting it was more meaty than cheesy, but we still liked it. Also thought it was weirdit didn?t come with tortillas. They make their own homemade tortillas here and they are fresh and yummy. Our waiter was friendlyand fast! Definitely taking my parents here next time they visit! Read more
