This McDonald's has always been very friendly and helpful for my boyfriend and I. They stay open pretty late most of the time... and I have to say almost every time we get food from this one specifically it's always hot and fresh or at least warmer butnever cold or treating like it's been sitting forever. No fountain machine in lobby. Instead of keeping the vagrants out they take the soda machine away from paying customers. I won?t... spend my money at a place that caters to them instead of the customer. Also forgot onions on a burger they have been makingsince the very first store opened. Read more

They didn't get my order right told before leaving board told had to go to first window then female want to keep giving me spicy... chicken even after I told get original chicken sandwich combo then I was told to calm down. So I said I don't want it and droveoff cause if she ever got the right sandwich I would of been told to go park and we will bring out and I know from experiencethat would be a 10 to 20min wait. I appreciate the service employees give. Everyone has been nice and helpful. The drive throughs are a little tight and narrow... with a pretty sharp turn. I don't recommend going through them with a larger vehicle if you are conscious of your rims and paintcondition. But the food is good, service is good, inside and out. Read more

Been here many times in the past 4 months and generally they are good. Drive thru is a little slow but they get my order right... and the food is cooked well. However if you go into the lobby after it closes they will make you leave without your food. Wouldbe more customer friendly to just lock the lobby doors and grey out the mobile app option to go inside but no, I suppose it?smore fun to have security tell you to leave and call customer service if you have a problem. And obviously I didn?t know thelobby was closed when I went in. I wasn?t trying to be a problem; I just had too much faith in the owners that they would havethe app reflect the lobby hours. I had the worst experience ever at this location. First my double quarter pounder was raw meat. Then I had missing items out of... my order. I returned to get the rest of my order and they said they gave it to me. I told them no they didn't why else would Ibe back here. The young man named Roman was very rude and argued with me. I asked to talk to the manager and he said no. Then Iasked for corporate number and he said they don't have a corporate. He then tried to get my full name and adress for lord knowswhy. He then got even more mad at me after I told him no that is personal information. He then told me he has other customers totake care of and slammed the window in my face. I lost my money over a 10 peace nuget and a deluxe chicken that wasn't givin tome. Thrives are at this location. I have been going to that location for years and yes people mess up and forget things inorders when its busy but to be rude and handle customers like that is no professional at all. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was honestly the worst thing I?ve eaten from here. The chicken was paper thin, chewy... and stringy, and over done. The bun was burnt as well.
