Don't go here if there's a line. This place is one of the absolute worst McDonald's to go to in the area. The speed at which... they work is atrocious. Picking up Doordash orders can easily take 20+ minutes and you'll regularly wait up to 10 while sittingat the speaker just to be addressed. The food is fine it's just the ridiculous wait times that really make this a McDonald'sbest to be passed on. Read more
This is just like your typical average McDonald's. Their food is good and the service is fast. Don't expect anything too... exciting when you come though. I had never tried their breakfast menu and I'm happy I did! It was delicious!!! I got a biscuitand it was made to perfection both in looks and taste! Read more
Usually decent experience, drive through is typically slow. Went inside for breakfast today and my sweet tea tasted like burnt... coffee. I asked for a new one, and it tasted even worse. I don't think they cleaned the machine after brewing coffee beforebrewing the tea. Read more
It's actually unbelievable how they run this place. Waited almost 20 minutes for curbside pickup and NO ONE ever came out! So... had to go to the drive thru to see what was going on as the doors were locked to the front. Not to mention they left the phoneoff the hook I'm assuming on purpose. Waited almost 20 minutes again in the drive thru line! I finally just backed out and LEFTlike everyone else behind me. 30+ minutes having to wait in a drive thru line is absolutely unacceptable. Initially stopped in looking for the new Pokémon Happy Meal toys for my kid. Since they had some, I decided to order lunch. I... haven't been to a McDonalds in over 10 years. Big Mac with no lettuce, small fry, small vanilla shake. Not. A crazy order,right? Wrong. Lady taking my order said it would be cheaper to make it a large meal, even though I only wanted a small fry. Ispent over $14 on my food. Took over 20 minutes to get my food. Big Mac was wrong. Twice. Asked for some sweet and sour saucefor my fries, since there were no condiments ANYWHERE. Was told okay, then ignored. Another customer had to tell the worker togive me some sauce. Third time my burger came out, it looked absolutely disgusting. Was also missing everything but the cheeseand pickle. Asked for a refund on the big Mac. Fries and shake were fine, but I couldn't fathom spending $9 for a big Mac Ididn't eat. I think it was the manager who ended up refunding me. When I questioned why I was only being refunded $6, I wasargued with. I showed him my receipt, that was literal proof of how much I was charged for just the big Mac. Tables weredisgusting and dirty. Trash all over all of them, workers who were unhappy and rude, no condiments or napkins anywhere to beseen, and just an unpleasant experience altogether. Worst experience ever. The building is nice, but the staff is not keeping the interior clean. Service inside is very, very, very slow. Kiosk spit out a... blank piece of paper as the receipt. 2/10 would not recommend. Read more
25 minutes waiting in line for cold chicken nuggets. Got order completely wrong. Never going to this mcDonalds again. Rather go... down the street to del taco. Better and faster service. Wow! This was a horrible experience. It wouldve been better to get arefund. DO NOT GO THIS MCDONALDS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY JUST FOR THEM TO GET YOUR ORDER WRONG.
