3 cars ahead of me in line. 15 min later I finally get my food. Incredibly slow and poor customer service. If large orders are... slowing you down then park them and serve the small orders. Instead my bag of food sits waiting for me inside while I?m in line,getting cold food by the time I?m finally at the window. Amazing service, I usually go to the McDonald's on n academy and they tend to be unresponsive to things such as sauces. Or out... of human error I am given the wrong order. However this McDonald's is awesome. They were fast and the crew member at the windowtoday just showed me they cared ????????. She was so polite and sweet! Her voice was calm and she had a smile! I find the older I get the less often I go to McDonald's or places similar. The food is just too over processed. I got a chicken... sandwich for $7 and I know my daughter could have made a better chicken sandwich at home. I'm not saying to boycott places likethis but you can always find better chicken sandwiches or better food elsewhere Read more
After a 14 minute wait while being stuck in their drive thru I figured I would be greeted with piping hot fresh french fries. ... Luck was not on my side this day, fries were dried out and tasted like salted cardboard as if they sat under a heat lamp forhours. Cheese on my burger was melted, but food was just above room temp. There is more than one McDonald's on my commute homeand I will now choose another one. Read more
Ordered on the mobile app. Gave our order number and was told to go to the second window. We got the receipt from the 1st window... and moved forward the first guy asked what we ordered and he said u skipped the first window ? How did we get a receipt then theyoung girl looks at us and says what do you want with the worst attitude. She kept staring with a glare and def doesn?t need tobe working the window . Extremely rude and worst service ever received by someone who owns two restaurants in the springs and 5in the south . Luckily the older guy handed us our drinks and said I?m so sorry . Super slow service, one employee was in uniform, I live less than five minutes away everything was cold. and to top it off they... had me wait longer because they didnt have any bacon ready just for my burger to not have any bacon on it. I worked at mcdonaldsit's not that hard people. Read more
McDonald's is a good stand-by when you just don't know where you want to eat or it's late at night. You know exactly what your... food will taste like. They consistently taste the same at any location. They are home to the $1 sodas and teas of any size. Iappreciate this location being open 24 hours. Read more
