Sadly, our service was just horrible. We got there and ordered breakfast at 10:20 I asked for my coffee and the male manager... told the girl to let me know I will get my coffee with my order and I have to wait?.There were a lot of people and I presumedthe wait would be a little longer. At 10:30 they switched to lunch. I went to the counter at 10:50 and asked when our foodwould be ready. They ignored me. I finally got the male managers attention he stated our food is coming up. I explained we hadbeen waiting a long time and they are already serving burgers and fries to customers that came in after us. He walked off! Atthis point I asked the girl at the front for a refund?. Lorraine the manager came to the front, didn?t ask why I wanted arefund. She wouldn?t look at me as I explained I was disappointed in todays service. She total discarded me . No apologies oreffort. This is honestly the 1st bad service we have had here in 8 years? but still no excuse! Read more
Chicken sandwich was dry and chewy. McDonald?s is fine for a quick fix but not my go-to place. Fries were warm and not hot.
Yo the fry guy at this McDonald's restaurant needs a raise for sure. After tasting just one fry I felt like the heat of the fry... and the freshness of it all unloaded in my mouth with flavor. This is the best McDonalds I?ve ever been to and I only go to this one. Every time I go the team seems actually happy/respectful... to customers. The food always comes out in good time and well made. The location is always clean and I almost always see a teammember in the lobby cleaning up making sure it?s ready to be used. Read more

Ask for extra Mac sauce, you get a cold Big Mac with hardly any sauce. Looks and tastes like yesterday?s crispy chicken... sandwich. Was the only vehicle in drive through and still took 15 mins to take my order. One star is a compliment. Read more
Gave me a Quarter Pounder w/ chz without pickle, cheese or ketchup. Had to drive back for a replacement at rush hour and took an... additional hour. They only replaced the burger and offered nothing else for the wasted time. Edit: left after waiting 15 minfor the one sandwich Read more
