We went to this location recently and they were really struggling to get food out on time. We waited for a very long time. This... review is mostly for one gentleman who single handedly served the lobby with such grace, professionalism, and respect whencustomers were upset over the wait. Let me be clear- I already have very low expectations for any McDonald's. This location is the worst location in Colorado... Springs. I have given them many opportunities. Never once have I gotten through quickly. It always takes a long time. Thislocation does not understand the meaning of fast food. I don't know if it's a training issue or a management issue. This will bethe last time I ever go to this location. Ever. Avoid it if you absolutely can. Place my order tonight. Waited 20 minutes in thelobby, and was not even close to getting my order. Talk to one of the other customers who had been waiting and they said theyhad been there for an hour. This location is horribly run and managed. I really don't like writing reviews like this, especiallygiven that I have worked in both the service and retail industries, however at some point enough is enough. Stay as far awayfrom this location as you possibly can. I didn't even mention the fact that that place is never cleaned. I walked in and therewere fries all over the floor and there were multiple tables with stuff all over them. Ended up having to get a refund and goingto another location. Do not frequent this location, perhaps they will learn and try to make improvements. It's very clear thatthe owner does not care. Went to another McDonald's and the same meal was cheaper. Did a mobile curbside order here tonight, and it was exactly 25 minutes before they brought our order out. They forgot our... Cactus Plant FM toys, so I had to call the store and have them bring them out to us, even after the guy working told me theywere in there when I asked. Just warning, if you do a curbside order here, it will take twice as long as going throughdrive-thru, and they might forget your stuff. Read more

"Lobby is closed due to short staffed" all the time. I ordered from app and paid already, so had to sit in drive thru for 30+... minutes with screaming kids. There's no way to cancel. Why can't they give this info on the app?! Drive thru workers are greatbtw. 1 Star just for how they run the business. Read more
These guys are amazing. They have only four staff, but are killing it. Great team work is being shown here. Yes there is a line... and there are a crazy amount of customers. But these guys and gals are maintaining composure under pressure. McDonald's ifyou're reading this give them a raise. Read more
How is this food raw, but the bun is soaked in grease? Not everyone eats like a squirrel and tears their food apart like I do,... but THIS is the reason I do. Never visiting this location again. (This is only one of the many problems I?ve had with them) Read more
I have to echo other reviews. I don't know what it is about this place, if it is a training issue, staffing, post COVID this... and that, whatever, but the quality of service here is consistently horrible, much worse than any other McDonalds I have everbeen to anywhere in the world. I keep going back because it is so close to my house and I have little kids who crave the HappyMeals, but man it is hard sometimes. People are nice enough, but a 5:30 drive through trip will routinely takes 30 to 45minutes or more, and moderate order errors are almost guaranteed. Read more
