We took the kids there to play a little, we had a good time. The staff was very busy and it was hard to ask for stuff. The... fountain area was kind of messy and dirty. The food was as it always is and we had a good time. I would mainly have more peopleworking so they could offer better service and have everything clean. Read more

Had a mobile order sent well beforehand, but the wait in line was really long, and they kept confusing my order with the other... drive through order (probably the car behind me.) Ultimately we got a correct order, but for mobile orders, just park or goinside. Drive through confuses the poor kids. Read more

Self serve kiosk wasn?t working. I asked the employee about it. They told me the self serve kiosk was broken. They also told me... to use the broken kiosk. A woman with two small children was forced to use the kiosk. The employee told her, the self servekiosk is broken. The employee also told her to use the broken kiosk. The lady with two children just left the McDonald?s, afterthe employees disappeared into the back. The kiosk keeps failing repeatedly for each customer. Why are you making people usesomething that?s broken? To the owner that probably doesn?t care, don?t you like to make money? Are you cool with people beingforced to use the kiosk, while the employee is telling you it?s broken? Read more

Folks, it's McDonald's. You go through the drive thru and they always forget something. Then, you tell them that you're missing... your fries and end up holding up the line. Then, you get your cold fries and go home and tell yourself, "why did I go there?"The sandwich you ordered has a stale bun that could break your windshield and then you're sick the next morning. Hope this helpsanyone that is new to McDonald's protocol. Read more

Linda, you don't run the show. I believe in McDonald's serving experiences behind catered food. Some people are fine with... systematic take a number service, however professionalism must remain priority... Read more

One of the top McDonald's in the Colorado Springs area. I consistently have great luck here with getting my order correct.... Getting it quickly. The employees are probably the best part of the experience because they're polite consistently as well asproviding speedy professional service. (All us hangry/Impatient customer expect.) The only time I'd suggest not going to thisMcDonald's or most 24-hour McDonald's. When the menu is changing from lunch/dinner too breakfast. It happens around the time of3:00 to 4:00 a.m. it's just a longer wait because the systems are changing over from lunch and dinner items to breakfast itemsas well as they have to prepare at all and sometimes the computers will take longer Read more

08.06.22 The McDonald's on Voyager Pkwy are very nice and accommodating. We asked for fresh nuggets and fries and they... definitely gave us fresh food. Their customer service was refreshing. Pueblo could learn from them and even Denver. Read more

Went in today at about 8 o'clock, there was an obviously new gentleman working the register and he was having trouble and it was... taking a while, no issue. I get up to order and am just trying to get a meal, he keeps accidentally adding on an extra item thatI don't want to pay for. So a very snarky, rude, and and curt short little woman came over exasperated to be doing her job. Sheinputs whatever and the price seems correct so I say thank you and pay. I get my food, and don't have all the items the mealcomes with so I go up to the front again and she happens to be walking by, with an audible sigh asks what I want and I explain. She says to me "no, you didn't order the meal, you didn't have enough money to pay for the meal so you don't get the *item thatcomes with meal*". I couldn't believe she had the complete lack of courtesy to tell me I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY FOR MYFOOD. Plenty of other people standing around, she said it loud enough they could all hear. Embarrassing, to say the least. Ialmost actually pulled out.my wallet and opened it in her face to show her I had plenty enough money to pay for some McDonald's.Then, gods grace, the new guy at the register walks off quickly and comes back to bring me the item I should've gotten as Iintended to and payed for. He was extremely helpful and attentive, I'd never fault someone for being new and maybe not beingable to move people along as quickly. But I felt insulted and as if the woman intentionally tried to humiliate me for absolutelyno reason. Never raised my voice or said anything out of courtesy to any of them. I wish I'd had her name and his, he deserves araise and she should get canned with a quickness. Read more
