Had a mobile order sent well beforehand, but the wait in line was really long, and they kept confusing my order with the other... drive through order (probably the car behind me.) Self serve kiosk wasn?t working. I asked the employee about it. They told me the self serve kiosk was broken. They also told me... to use the broken kiosk. A woman with two small children was forced to use the kiosk. The employee told her, the self servekiosk is broken. The employee also told her to use the broken kiosk. The lady with two children just left the McDonald?s, afterthe employees disappeared into the back. The kiosk keeps failing repeatedly for each customer. Folks, it's McDonald's. You go through the drive thru and they always forget something. Then, you tell them that you're missing... your fries and end up holding up the line. Then, you get your cold fries and go home and tell yourself, "why did I go there?"The sandwich you ordered has a stale bun that could break your windshield and then you're sick the next morning. We took the kids there to play a little, we had a good time. The staff was very busy and it was hard to ask for stuff. The... fountain area was kind of messy and dirty.
