What the heck got a cactus plant flea market box and then notice no toy when I asked they said they hadn?t got in yet same thing... happened with the Pokémon toys at this same location and we never got one. Explain how do you get the boxes but no toys atleast make up an excuse like the raw material shortage complete bs. Why is drive through waiting time more than 10 if there?s not even anyone in line. Why when I was asked kind of sauce I wanted I... was only given an abundance of ranch which wasn?t even one of the sauces I listed and a singular cup or BBQ sauce. My sister and I took our kids to eat here. They handed us our food at the table and they made 2 burgers with stuff I... specifically did not want on them, we had absolutely no fries, and they gave us 2 Big Macs with no burgers. Took them back upfront to have them ?remade?. The burgers were STILL missing and not what I ordered! Took them up their again and a ?manager?thought it was funny. They deserve 0 stars. Ordered on the app and waited 45 minutes, tried to go through the drive-thru which had 20 cars piled up.... Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru at the back of the line and it moved 1 car. The app cleared our order and we had no way toget our food and a 2 hour wait to speak to an employee. Usually doesn't take too long to get through the drive thru. Even at night when the line wraps around the building. Fries... Usually fresh. Last time I went I ordered a large drink but got a medium with no straw. Fries were not so fresh or crispeither. Time before they were out of coke. Read more
This is the 3rd time i come to this location and something is wrong with my order the food is burnt on this occasion not even... edible. fries come out cold or something is missing from my order. I have tried to call all 3 times and no one answers thephone for me to speak to a manager I would just like my order to be correct and/or edible. Read more
In my honest opinion this is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Took my order fast, did not get a receipt, got through the... line quick, but then had to wait 30 minutes in a reserve spot to get food. Had 2 different employees come out and ask what wehad several times. After about 35 minutes I asked my wife to go inside to get the food that we have been waiting for. Stillreceived the wrong food after telling the employees what we ordered several times. I worked at a McDonald?s for close to 8years. Never in that time did I forget someone?s order. Or have them waiting for close to 40 minutes for cold food. At thispoint. I?m throwing the food away and never returning to this location again. Read more
