Ok.... I have always been treated nice during the days when I have my usual coffee....as I was headed in about 8:50 ish pm I... bought a guy a meal because he was hungry...the blonde guy and the tall girl with headset kept talking and talking...then whenshe saw me she turned her back on me and asked him to take my order . He kept talking ..finally I told them I just wanted acoke ..he took my money...I waited for a bit ...they just kept talking he was walking back n forth...I started asking if I couldhave my coke...they said nothing...I waited ...nothing ..I walked out ..just keep my $$@& money!!! The person at the register today, was a bad representative he looked completely spaced out and like he wasn?t even at work, or... he just didn?t care. Our order was wrong more than once, I shouldn?t have to go but to the Counter more than 3 times for thesame thing that was wrong with my order the first two times and the Big Mac was a mess and looked like it was just thrown intothe box. I just moved to the area 6 months ago. I gave your location several opportunities to provide a decent meal. I realize we are... talking about fast food but, when I got my order today, Sept 6th 11:20, order 1313, I had 3 pieces of ice in a large Dr Pepper,my fries where not cooked all the way and my bun was so stale it was crunchy. We use the drive-thru 1 or 2 times a week. Orders for the family are always accurate. Friendly staff. Haven't waited more than a... few minutes even when they're busy. Can be kind of tricky getting out when Colorado gets congested. Read more
Placed an order on the app to pick up in store around 5:20 pm. Get there the lobby is closed. Sat in drive thru line for over 15... minutes. Get my food, it looks right. Get home bacon was forgotten on the sandwich. This really is one of the worse locationsin Colorado Springs. 75% of going to this location my order is messed up. Read more

Store was dirty and I ordered on the app and walked into the store, was alone in the lobby and sat for 25 minutes in clear view... without so much as a hello. Finally got food, had to ask for the fries that weren?t With the sandwiches, employee was surly andunresponsive, and finally got home to eat (4 block drive) and the fries and sandwiches were lukewarm not particularly fresh,also there was no ice in the cup and the coke tasted watered down. I don?t understand how it can take half an hour to make amobile order while in sitting in the lobby by myself and the food was t bit and fresh. Night time was fine and no issues with drive thru. Morning shift was a different story. I first ordered a coffee.. lady asked... anything else? I said yes I have more. She said 2 dollars and something please pull up. I said no I have more. Oh sorry, goahead. I finished my order. She repeated it back. The number 7 I asked was wrong. Just the whole experience was difficult! I wasrushed the entire time. When I got up to the window.. she was looking away taking the next person's order. I waited for a bittill they finished. She said the price and took my card. No good morning, hello, pick my nose, nothing. The lady at the nextwindow was very nice and helpful who handed me my food and coffee.
