When I applied here for a job the general manager at the time refused to interview me because I have a disability(I have autism)... which is discrimination and against the law. I wanted to message the store itself, but the website doesn't offer that, so I'm here. The food is going down hill taste wise.... My main gripe is actually that there is a $5 delivery fee. Sure, that's less than grubhub or whatever but the drivers get noneof it so it just makes the company look greedy and is not going far to help with this generation of employees that already feellike employers don't care about them. I absolutely love this location. The manager is so nice and his staff is always friendly. They always make our pizza amazing and... delicious with so much cheese and toppings just the way I like it. we get it delivered and they always serve it hot and fresh.Not enough words to describe how amazing this location is. You should do a better job with your app as it advised the wait time is 70 minutes so I kept track of my pizza because I didn't... believe it would be 70 minutes to cook a small personal pizza and your app just continued saying prepping. I assume there was abig order and that's why I was a long wait. But I kept checking your app and it kept saying it was in prep. You should callpeople who place orders and they're a small orders like mine because now my pizza's cold which I absolutely hate having a coldpizza and I called and the person I spoke to advised that I was the 1st order that was done so it was definitely sitting therefor an hour. To the guy in the front straight up lied to my face and said my food was not sitting there very long. An hour is along time. Read more

Happened 10/22 1830: Pizza is usually good here, and the workers are generally nice. But what stinks is when the delivery... drivers continuously park in the carry out spots, as well as when a workers boyfriend is parked in a carryout spot and smokingthe entire time. He is not ordering food. His GF(the worker) keeps coming outside to joke with him. Not looking for free food,or to get anyone in trouble. But the management must be slacking. So went to Marcos pizza last night 7/31/20, I called in originally to ask about delivery which they said would be two hours... wait, I also asked about my certificate I won on KBPI radio 107.9. Great radio station figured great pizza. Well I wanted to trythem out my winnings was a free large pizza. I ordered wings (10) cheese bread and a chicken Caesar salad. Total was like $43and some change but they didn’t know if they Would honor my certificate. So I went down to do carry out as the certificatesays to do. I get there and GM Andrea told me no on the certificate and she would give me a deal totaling $39 this is carry outwithout their delivery fee with a deal. While I was there I witnessed Andrea and TWO other employees not wearing mask. I askwhen I could speak to owner was told today at 11. After entering today thinking no biggie they would honor my certificate I wonon radio. The owner Christina was indeed there wearing no mask. As I indicate pictures are of owner not wearing mask. I figuredthe no mask option came from the top if GM wasn’t wearing her mask. I was told to exit the building and put my mask on beforeI could enter. Anyhow the wings seemed deformed and customer service is horrible from the top down. If u would like to justsimply refund my order I’ll be happy to delete this, and I’ll just in the future order Marcos from downtown ColoradoSprings. Read more
