First time I took my father in April 2022 we had absolutely amazing service, kind of service I haven’t experienced in many... years. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate dad’s birthday, even singing Happy birthday song in a Jalisco regionversion that I hadn’t heard. They brought out a free delicious chocolate sauce churro as well. It’s a family ownedrestaurant and the server told us they were all from Jalisco originally. The fajitas we split were so good and the guac wasdelicious. Love the ambience and decorations also! Second time I went in May the service and food was not good (although I knowthey were hurting for manning as they had a sign). Food took forever to come and the flavor was a bit off. When this restaurant was 3 Margaritas it was pretty good. While the food is still pretty good, the restaurant is looking very... run down. The door had a dent in it and a please use other door sign when walking in. That I could look past because accidentshappen. The next door however felt like I had visited an Internet site, as it was the equivalent of being visually assaulted bypopups because there were so many flyers on the door. It was an eyesore for sure. I also used the men's restroom when I arrived.It was had a very sewery aroma. I was told that the other side was the same scent. There were also upkeep things like a stack ofnapkins and bucket of cleaner behind the host desk that didn't move the whole time we were there. So unfortunately presentationwise this was not a comfortable establishment to eat at, it felt very run down. That is unfortunate because the food was prettygood and the wait staff was nice. Pleasantly surprised! Ended up here randomly needing a place to eat on our way home. Service was fast, staff was wonderful,... chips and salsa were great and the portions were large. It’s family owned and family friendly, a great place to eat for mytoddler! Such a great experience. We will def be making the drive to return! Read more

We have not been to this restaurant under the new ownership. We were very happily surprised at how good the food was and how... friendly all of the staff was. We got a steak fajitas for two and definitely could have said more than just the two of us! Wealso got a queso which by the way is a white queso and really enjoyed that also. We were able to be seated right away and theyimmediately brought chips and salsa to our table. It was a slightly spicy salsa which we enjoyed with the occasional kick of ajalapeno! Our waiter was super nice very attentive to any of our needs. I would highly suggest this place for anyone looking fora night out of Mexican. A family of 30!!! By far the best customer service I’ve ever had!! The food came out all at the same time hot! everything was... ordered correctly check split nothing messed up this experience!!! One server for a family of 30 was super impressive in its own!!! I've been here a couple times for weekday lunches. The service is always wonderful. Food is served hot and quickly. The salsa... has some kick to it which I love but may be a little too spicy for some. Had the lunch special burrito smothered in green Chile.It was good. Green Chile is a bit unremarkable though. The other dish is chicken enchiladas smothered in mole. The mole was goodand had a bit of a sweetness and balanced the dish well. Lots of chicken in the enchiladas. The beans and rice are ok. Staff was very friendly. Our waitress was SO nice! I wish I remembered her name because 5 stars to her. The moment we seated at... the table, chips and salsa were dropped off. Salsa had a little heat to it which normally you don’t get when you go to aMexican joint, so that was nice. Margs we’re delicious and only $4 the day we went. Great deal. The food came out prettyquickly and tasted good. I wasn’t a fan of the flavor of the beans and rice, but to each their own. Flautas and the chilirelleno weren’t made/didn’t taste the way I’m used to when I order them other places, but they still tasted good. The fooddidn’t quite hit my expectations, but it wasn’t bad!
