We are frequent customers of Louie's. I found a coupon on-line for $9.99, large 3 topping pizza. The woman who took my order... said to just show the coupon, FROM MY PHONE, to the cashier. Went to pick it up and the cashier says they need the paper copy. Isaid I was told just to show you the coupon from my phone. Man at counter said over and over, "I need the paper coupon. She isa new hire and didn't know this". In this day and age, most places let you show the coupon from your cell phone. They shouldhonor what I was told. I asked him how much the pizza would be since they would not accept the phone coupon; he said $16.99! Told him I would not pay this. He didn't care at all, so I walked away with no pizza. Love this place usually but they added a 7.00 delivery fee and didn't let me know until I questioned price. I decided to pick up... my order instead. I paid with a credit card and then added a 4percent charge for using a credit card that they say they cancharge as of July 1st. Looked that up and legally it's 2 percent. Staying away from them for a while. Customer service is goingdown. Bummer Read more
First of all.... Never a complaint about the pizza or any of the food. Always great. I just have to complain about the extremely... rude older lady who checks you out to pay. We order weekly and pick up, the last 3 visits she cashed me out and just plainhateful. I waited about 8 or 9 minutes for your food and about 5 different people came in to pick up and she was just as rude tothem. I reason for the review is I have complained to a Manager and she still is extremely rude. If she is the person I have topick up with I will have to stop going to Louies. Sad but miserable people do not need to work the front counter.... Read more
OK pizza and garlic bread. Had a coupon that gave a free medium pizza and garlic bread with a purchase of a large pizza. Pizza... was OK but service was good. I prefer other places more than this. Read more
We are new in town from New York ("pizza land") so adjusting for that, this was good tasting pizza. My wife and I enjoyed the 2... pizza + 3 toppings special. We will be back to try a plain cheeze pizza - the only way to accurately compare pizzarias, in ourexperience. I was really hungry so we broke our own pizza tasting rules tonight. Read more
Moved here in May. We were worried about the food, based on what we heard. Louie's was the first we tried. Almost exactly like... our favorite back home. Classic pizzeria style pizza. Tastes nothing like national chains. Delivered fresh and hot every singletime. Can't wait to actually dine there. Read more
Took over an hour to get to me.. when pizza and cheese-bread finally arrived they weren?t even hot, barley warm.. Y?all need to... work on getting the pizza?s to the customers quicker. I?ll order at a different Louie?s next time! Also coupons on pizza boxwere over a month expired. Read more
