Usually overcrowded in the morning, a very popular location indeed. Be careful crossing the parking lot on foot from the gas... pumps. Very understaffed for the amount of foot traffic. This is the only location I've been to where I've had their rewardsprogram be "down" once which was super odd. It's an okay location, but usually I try to hit one of the other ones on my way towork. As a whole Kum N Go's breakfast options are improving, but not quite on par with Maverick's yet. I had a brisket burritothat was pretty good. Read more
My experience was great. An employee named Jacob took care of me at Check out and was very polite, understanding and helpful.... Definitely went above and beyond what you would expect from gas station service and I really appreciated it. He definitelydeserves to be acknowledged for his hard work. Thanks!!! Read more

I drove my car on a flat just to find my Kum & go's air machine was broke. I went inside to ask for help. Michael offered to... drive home to get his air machine. But he ended up changing my tire for an old lady. Thank you Michael, I so appreciate you.Wish I could give you a raise! Read more
A cashier that helped me, (I forgot her name but it starts with ?sh? and she has blonde hair and seemed like an awesome person... in general), had amazing customer service, was kind and was genuine in our conversation. When I was there I observed her needingto confront a shoplifter? I was impressed on how she handled herself because she was confident which meant she was brave andalso she was polite which meant she had compassion. It takes good character to show these qualities. She helped me with asituation by the gas pumps. I am very appreciative of her. The Kum & Go is lucky to have her as an employee. Wherever she goesin life, she will certainly be a success in what she does. Read more
I'm one of those people who can appreciate a convenient store. It's unfortunate that customer service is the #1 for me cuz... that's what they're HORRIBLE AT. TOTALLY are lacking in this department. Store is supposed to be 24 hours but I came here at 11:40 on a Sunday night and the doors were locked. Us and about 10 other... people tried the doors for 15 minutes and they never unlocked and nobody came to the front. Stopped in at about 10:30pm to grab a snack and a drink, but also because I REALLY needed to use a restroom. Restrooms were... locked, so I asked for the key. I was told by the cashier (who was HIGH AF) that restrooms are closed at night because peoplewere using them to do drugs. I have to wonder it he was referring to the employees. Read more
