Stopped by for some sour gummy worms. Charge was $2.25. Paid with a $20. Change given was $17. Asked where the $0.75 was. Was... told they don't have change. Left store without asking for a dollar instead. Still think about that $0.75. Gummy worms were ok. Read more
I work for a company whose fleet uses your gas service. We also use you for food breaks and bathroom. I expect friendly service.... I stopped to use bathroom and get your breakfast pizza All day it?s 10:30 no pizza there?s no one at counter wait wait and shefinally comes out from behind from kitchen asked for breakfast pizza she was very unfriendly like I?m putting her out this isthe second time I?ve had a problem with your store. Literally had to stop coming to this location. the woman that works evenings is constantly chewing her gum, EVERYTIME I GO HERE!... mouth wide open and popping bubble after bubble while assisting customers. as a receptionist I find this to be rude,unprofessional and pretty embarrassing for someone who is an ADULT! I will continue to use other locations but seriously Kumand go, have some standards! Read more
To the condescending female cashier with short brown hair that was working this morning around 7:50. I overheard you talking to... a customer telling them that the points don't "automatically" load to the card. If the points didn't automatically load to thecard that would mean someone would have to manually load them. Perhaps before getting on your high horse and talking down topeople maybe you should understand the words that your using. Not only were you rude and condescending to a customer you soundedlike a moron because you apparently do not know what automatically means. The word I believe you meant to use was "Instantly" asin the points do not "instantly" load to your account. Instead of putting a disclaimer on the card saying "the points don'tautomatically load" (as you stated after the customer left) you should hang a sign that says 'Warning Condescending Morons Workhere".
