The gas station was clean and was fully stocked with everything I needed.

Went in there today to pick up some pizza for pizza Wednesday, and the restroom was disgusting and smelled of urine. I went to... pay for the pizza and JESS gave me a really horrible attitude about everything! I tried to tell her about the repugnantrestroom and she said "OK, that's nice!". And began arguing about how getting 8 slices of $1 slices means that I need to becharged for a whole pizza. WHAT?! Her attitude was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. The customer clearly doesn?t matter here. The heavier set red head was extremely rude after she clearly wasn?t doing her job... right. Then when I confront her with it I?m threatened with cops with no apology. All I wanted was a simple apology! Own up whenyour at fault! Or better yet get a less stressful job if you can?t do it correct! Read more
[Edit Mar 13 2022] Downgraded to 1 star. Getting tired of the lack of greeting and hunan response from staff, esp. the usual... Sunday morning female checkout person. I live across the street but will avoid from now on.. [Prev 2022] Still clean, but thestaff hardly, if ever, is friendly anymore. Not sure if this is a staffing change or mgmt, but it's not the same vibe. Down from5 stars to 2. Original post from 2 years prior: Friendly and clean, as are all the Kum & Go's in town. I was out of gas and forgot my purse. The sign said Google Pay accepted. I asked the clerk how to pay using Google Pay. She said... she didn't know but when I asked where the sensor was she gestured to it, so she clearly knew all I had to do was hold my phoneup to the sensor. She was unhelpful and rude. Read more
Everything here is super clean and tidy. Excellent customer service?nothing over the top and nothing awful either. Quick... in-and-out service, fair prices, and nice rewards program. A memorable moment for me was when I was heading over to this Kum &Go with someone and totally forgot my mask, so I decided to wait outside. A very kind employee noticed this and came outsidejust to ask if I needed a mask. Super simple but kind gesture that I don?t get elsewhere! Read more
