If your lobby is open for people to buy things 24/7, the restrooms should also be available to those same customers during those... same hours. Late night travelers need facilities too not just junk food and gas. Read more

This used to be a great location, but over the past year, whenever I go in the afternoons and early evenings the kitchen is... always closed and the burger and pizza areas are completely empty. I have to go to the other one across the highway if I wantto take advantage of the two-for-one pizza special on Fridays. Read more

Diana is the worst face for this store. Whoever promoted her needs to secret shop the location. I have never met a more... unprofessional and rude GM. From her tasteless people skills, to her inability to assist her 1 cashier during a rush isembarrassing. This Kum & Go needs a revamp because its actually on a 7 Eleven level when it comes to helpful employees and aclean store. Filth and disarray from A to B here. Read more

I remember why I stopped going to this one. Went to get a donut but noticed the ones that where in the case where there earlier... this morning from last night asked the lady if she was putting out fresh ones she said those ones are. People do go in the storemore then once a day so they should keep that in mind. Read more

The only reason I gave this experience 2 is because my coffee was phenomenal. The gentleman behind the counter had absolutely no... idea how to answer any of the questions I had about products in the store. He also acted as if he was personally offended by thefact that I asked him to tell me what number a specific lottery ticket was on and then when I asked him to tell me the number ona different ticket he dropped his head as if in disgust. I'm an avid Kum and Go shopper and have never had an experience like Ijust had tonight. I felt like more of an inconvenience than I did a welcomed customer. Sad sad day Kum & Go. Maybe someoneshould remind him that all of us inconvenient customers are the reason he gets a paycheck. Read more

Firstly, nothing against the wonderful gentleman behind the counter checking me out - perfect customer service and an absolute... breath of fresh air in the Service Industry. Secondly and most importantly, the same cannot be said about the Manager - just theworst! In this day and age of COVID, every penny counts and not everyone has the option of over paying when the price is veryclearly listed on the item location. Heaven forbid she do her job (and help her associate), and then smash my food. Omg! Andbecause she voided the previous transaction instead of just a price override, my rewards was also void?another issue she had!Her solution was to make them free (instead of the $1), but with such outrageous disrespect ?that good enough?? Wow! Bless theassociate and many thanks to him, but I will be sure to never return to this location with that Manager in charge. Read more

??WARNING: IF THEY DONT LIKE YOU FOR WHATEVER REASON THEY WILL ACCUSE YOU OF STEALING AND BAN YOU FROM THEIR... STORE??Unfortunately this store is always dirty. From countertops by the drink area to the bathroom floors, I don't think I'veever seen the store completely clean. When I reported a dirty bathroom, I was told "we're shorthanded" and was told to apply.However, whenever I go into an empty store, the caisher is almost ALWAYS on their phone. Even the overnight shifts seem moreinterested in a cigarette than cleaning the store. I am very hopeless that this store will get better. Read more
