I came, but didn't go inside. I might come again.
Only one couple standing at a register, so I went to the other register (NOT marked closed). I waited for the female to finish... counting the money she was putting in the safe, then asked her a question before checking out. She ACTUALLY told me I had towait for the several guys that had got in line behind me before I could check out with her! DISGUSTING customer service!Thankfully another employee came up to help me, because I was ready to leave. Someone needs to explain to this horrible employee(who apparently couldn't help another female, but could help the males that hadn't waited as long or patiently) that THAT isn'tthe way to handle a situation. This places gas is higher then any place around. Yes right off the highway not worth it. .25 cents higher. Drinks higher .... Men's restroom has 1 stall with tons of people going in and out. Roommate waited 20 minutes. Only for the guy that was in thestall forever to flush the toilet 10 times have his kid cut in front of him. Build more stalls with the extra money you takefrom people on gas. Smh never going back. Read more
This store deserves 5 stars all because of the guy who was there at 11:30pm on 2-12-2021. Super nice guy, was making sure the... store was clean and stocked and gave me suggestions for a quick meal while I was on break. It was super busy for being that lateat night and he made sure a customer put a mask on, and was polite when the customer talked back because of it. Read more
House of the bait and switch. Huge sign offers 15 pack beer for $9.99. 22 of the last 27 days product on sale unavailable. Bogo... pizza Friday? Take a pass, you don't want to see topping prep. Tourist trap, gas $.20 higher here than Kum&Go 3800 feet down thestreet. There is a family operated 7-11 just up the block on Chestnut & Garden of the Gods road. It has everything this storehas to offer in a pleasant, clean environment. Read more
Very bad experience. Read the recent reviews and it says it all. I was treated very rudely and disrespected by these... unprofessional ladies there who flirted with my friend earlier on the job. There were 4 ladies 'working' there if you can callit working and they still had people waiting in line while they play on their computer and phones. There is also no reason forthem to not allow me to leave my hiking bag behind the counter instead of leaving it out in the open by the door where someonecould just grab it and take off with it which is what they said I have to do. My friend worked many gas stations before, we knowtheir policies and they can't make people leave it by the door this is just the lady here power tripping. Every single othergas station does it this way to leave a bag behind the counter. If they don't trust someone carrying a bag even though bigjackets are no problem apparently but a hiking pack is. I know people that work in gas stations and what the actual policyis. The lady had a terrible downright rude attitude and unprofessional with me in general and when I went to cash my scratchticket and buy some water she took it out of my scratch ticket without asking if I wanted the cash back (which i needed for busmoney) and I had to come back to buy it with my debit card and pulled bus money off it. They are supposed to ask the customersabout this instead of doing things so arbitrarily. Read more
