So I have been a Kum and Go customer since I lived in Wichita Kansas for 7 years. I have recently moved to Colorado Springs and... today at this location, was the first time I was offered a rewards card. ever... and that?s not even where the good reviewbegins. They had the best price in gas, and after filling up, I went inside to get something to drink and use the ladies room.The restroom was clean and stocked, then after I came out I was looking for a specific coffee in the refrigerator.... I didn?tsee what I was looking for and at my time of need, I was approached by one of the nicest ladies I have meet since I moved here.She offered to go to the back and look for my coffee, unfortunately they were out of stock... but she then showed me otheroptions and gave me an opinion on one that I should try... so I took her word for it and grabbed it...then I went to the counterto pay and the lady that helped me at the register was just as nice as the first one, she was the one who told me and offered methe rewards card...Seriously, this is the nicest and cleanest gas station I have been to in a very long time. I will definitelybe using this one when I?m close. If a gas station got an award, this location would be winners! Read more
The energy always seemed very strange here....but I always felt like I was being a good girl when getting my gas here....but now... seeing the new Dyson hand dryers right along side their box of heroin needles, im totally getting it. Kum and go and maverick adventure stop are my top 2 picks in CO. For the most part they have great customer service and it... seems to be that the people who are not great a customer service have a quick turn around. (I appreciate that.) The bathroomsare pleasant and typically clean (also have a hazards disposal bin in the restrooms) They pretty much always have a decentvariety of drinks snacks and hot and ready food. If the incentives ever get better and they ever offer more healthy foodoptions with biodegradable packaging I will have to go to 5 star and just give all good comment. Read more
In general I've been satisfied with this store, the staff is always friendly and it seems clean. Lately, however, they have been... selling old doughnuts for the full price. And they taste older than just a day. They must have been sitting there 3 or 4 days.And they're mixed in with fresher ones, really upsetting. Read more
