Paid for my gas. When mid grade was accepted instead of premium I told them and they said I would need to re-pay and that the... money was immediately refunded. I showed them my Apple Pay and said no it was not. They said well you will have to pay againthen. I laughed and said certainly not. He then said he would re-pay out of his pocket instead. I said ?whatever you have to doso I can have what I paid for?. He said ?I hope you realize you?re stealing from this store?. Please explain to me how? Perhapshire better employees instead of anyone off of the street because this is the second incredibly disrespectful employee I?ve comeacross and it is strictly only this location. I really enjoy Kum & Go but there is a particular employee who's attitude is getting out of hand. I was over charged and all she... said was we'll check it out later. I can deal with attitude but not being robbed. Read more
I get a dark roast coffee almost every morning from this store and if you like iced coffee this is the place to get it! It's not... fake iced coffee like at other places. It's legit coffee made with beans and you can put any kind of flavor you want andthere's instructions to make your own concoction. I love their coffee more than any other gas station hands down!! I usually go into the shoppette for my boyfriend & mother in law or with them all the time. Always nice employees. But tonight... was great, there was this young gentlemen ( Not sure of his name) who wished us a good night and have us drinks on him. Better coffee then 7/11 Love the whipped topping that they over & the variety of different coffees they have is great! Donuts... are always fresh, Love using the rewards program they offer to get $.10 off on gas or free drinks n stuff. It's always cleanand the customer service is good! Read more
This is ridiculous I have shopped here for 3 yrs know the people I am 66 yrs old I have to show my ID everytime I buy beer..MY...
