I?m a very frequent customer here and I?ve had several interactions with an associate name Hannah. She is by far the rudest... person I?ve dealt with. Apparently when your an employee you don?t have to say excuse me and reach in front of someone at thefountain machine. On top of that the tea tasted a little off but I thought nothing about it, well it made me extremely sick tothe point I couldnt leave me house. I refuse to go to this location anymore and will go to the one on Dublin. They have awesomecustomer service and treat you like a valued customer. Read more

Absolutely awful. There is an associate there named Eddie who no matter how loud you speak says WHAT? Has been completely... disrespectful and has even halted me from depositing cash at 11pm due to it being too high of an amount and too late at night.It was $300... So I took myself over to the location about 1.3mi away and they gladly took my deposit. After I explained I triedto do this at the very next location the manager on duty at that location detailed to contact corporate. The employee Eddie hasa complete attitude problem and needs to be terminated. I've been in retail/customer service 8years. He is ridiculous. Read more
