Always my 1st choice for any gas station/ convenience store stops. Always clean, restrooms always open to public, huge variety... of so many things, fresh fruit cups, salads and deli foods plus pastries& donuts. Been using this gas station since I moved to Colorado Springs and have been filling up all 4 of my vehicles. After today I will... never use this location or possibly this company ever again. The fact that for the last year it has required me to enter the gasstation instead of accepting my card almost every time. And the cashier always tell me to pre-pay when I state that I want tofill my tank. So it's not an issue if I pay with cash, since I can go inside and get my change. But when it comes to using acredit/debt card they expect me to charge $50.00 and hope that I get the refund via my credit company. That way I am at themercy of the bank and they have full deniability or responsibility. That in it self is poor customer service and from now on Iwill send people to thier competition. How far this pla e has fallen with its service and appearence. Read more
