1st time trying this place out with my boyfriend. I ordered ?The thing? and my boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich. The food was... really good and our waitress was awesome and super sweet! The only issue was the music was a bit too loud and made it hard toconverse. I highly recommend. Read more
This place is so cool. It's its own kind of place. Cool 80s music and crazy colors with really really flavorful food. And our... waitress, Cheyenne, was the best. I asked her what was the best and she set me up a HUGE plate that was excellent! Read more
The food is seriously delicious and the prices are so reasonable. Everything you would expect from a small 50s style diner, but... I just couldn?t stop eating. Highly highly recommend! Read more
Wow! What a fantastic find in the heart of Colorado Springs! The food is hearty and filling! I had a breakfast burrito and it... was packed with goodness and the "fakie" - vegan breakfast sausage was perfect. Sometimes it can be overcooked. This wasperfection rolled into a tortilla. The green chili sauce is so good! Not too hot but loaded with flavor! Read more
There breakfast burrito is bigger than my sons thigh. It is amazing food. This is where you want to eat breakfast for sure. The... place has a great vibe as well. The green chili is rather spicy. They have the best French toast I think I have ever tasted. Read more
The coffee was fresh and delicious. I ordered a side of hash browns, and they dry and actually not very good. Very disappointing... as they were fresh and grill top cooked, but dried out, no onions, no flavor. Eggs are eggs, so no issues there. Read more
I've been waiting patiently to try this place and although I've been told about their Green Chili I opted to go for "The Grump"... and it was SO good! I got the 1/2 plate which was still extremely fulfilling. I can't wait to go back and try the breakfastburrito! I highly recommend this local favorite if you are venturing downtown. Read more
This is a triple D restaurant. Apparently there are two in town. We went to the one in the downtown area across from a park. We... stood in line to order at the counter. When you go to order the waitresses are helpful in navigating the menu. The building isnothing great and the seats are hard and the atmosphere was café style. Not unpleasant but not necessarily a dinner dateatmosphere. That being said I loved the unique taste and the combination of food. The food had a nice spice and we put thechili, we ordered, on top of the burrito we ordered. They do not customize orders. They follow the menu. Great tasting food.Price was mid-range. I would definitely go back. For me it is a daytime restaurant. Read more
