EXTREMELY SLOW! At first the drive thru guy was polite, when he handed out the 2 drinks, I noticed they were wrong, and he... proceeded to question me on what I ordered. He told me to pull around to the front and they would bring them out. After waitingout front for over 10 mins in 90-degree weather, we decided to go inside. The manager came to the counter, and we told her whathappened, and she agreed that was totally wrong, then the drive thru person started to argue and was calling us a liar aboutwhat we ordered. Went through the drive through, and ordered a 12 piece bucket with half original, and half extra crispy, we got only original... which was dry after sitting under the lamp for awhile!! We had 3 large sides, and only got 2 sides! The bill came out to about$40!! We will not be back!! Read more
Ordered dinner this evening. This is what we recieved. I called the manager and she said don't know what you are talking about,... there is no grease around here. Must be condensation from the lid. Does this look like condensation? She refused to do anythingabout it. Horrible food and even worse customer service!!! Read more
If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered a 16 piece tender family meal on 10/12 at 6:27pm at the drive thru, was... asked to go park and it would be brought out to me. Waited 35 minutes to receive my "hot and fresh tenders" that are dried out.My mashed potatoes are not even cooked all the way. Maybe if the entire staff didn't walk out to a white SUV and sit inside tohotbox, my food might not have taken so long to receive. I had to go back through the drive thru as the doors were locked to gocheck on my food. The lady stated that they were doing a shift change at 7pm and there was some confusion. This said person'seyes were bloodshot. Highly would NOT recommend this place. Definitely calling Corporate tomorrow. I was craving for chicken wings. I decided to give KFC a try on their Kentucky Fried Wings. The staff were friendly. They got... my food ready pretty quick. The wings were a little expensive. It was almost $12 including tax for 12 wings. I did mentioned itwas $9.99 on their ad. I was told there is a $1 charge for the sauce. The Kentucky Fried Wings were essentially fried chickenwings with sauce. Not really worth the money for their wings. Read more
Excellent fast food experience. I came in on Sunday morning, ordered and sampled a bit of everything on the menu. All the food... was delicious ???? chicken mac'n'cheese was particularly good, but the classic original recipe chicken is still myfavorite. Restaurant was clean, staff were lovely, service was prompt. The atmosphere is sleek and modern, but inviting andcomfortable. Posters about the brand's history give a welcoming family touch, and the numerous large windows provide a bright,friendly, open vibe to the room. They are available via GrubHub for delivery, restaurant is wheelchair friendly, bathrooms areavailable for customers. There's also a pretty cool large circular table available for groups, with overhead lighting andseating for about 8 at a guess If you like fried chicken, it's a damn good option.
