Placed an order here online and received confirmation at 523p to be delivered to me by 8p. Just 2 sandwiches, 1 of which an... unwhich. 8:05p rolls around no food, so I call. Normal greeting, I ask about the status of an online order, (didn't give name,time, etc if order) before the person responded, yes sorry about the well get that to you as quickly as possible. How did theyknow what order? They forgot about my order and didn't even make it and couldn't give a time of when id get it. Just get it wheni get it. Sitting here a half hour later still waiting. Employees don't ask for rewards number...just take a card for payment and close the window. No way to add the 2 sandwiches we... bought for points. Employees here used to be helpful. Probably going to go to GOG location from now on. Hope it's a differentowner. Love Jimmy John's but this location is awful. Read more

I go to Jimmy John?s a lot. This store is run so poorly. The last two times my orders were wrong and one sandwich didn?t taste... right. This time I came in and nobody was in line. Took awhile to get order taken still. No greeting like normal. The issue wasthe person was new I think. He couldn?t figure out an easy #4 add hot peppers. The manager girl, well I think she is a managerwas pretty rude to the employee and me. She was rude last time too. The order was showing $23.91 for one sandwich meal. She saidit would ring up $11 something. She said there was a glitch in the system. There was last time months ago too. They need to havethe franchisor come fix their pos system. But then they couldn?t get the system to my reward number part or get it to take thatnumber. Then they were going to start the order all over. She was so rude to her employee again so I had to tell them don?tworry about it and I left. I know it?s hard to find employees lately but I think this location really needs some training andsome maintenance too. Three times is a strike with this place. The only fast food joint I know that hasn't messed up my order in years. Not once! They are awesome. So fast and so friendly. My... sandwiches are always so fresh tasting. Never had a bad experience. My tummy always feels great eating here. So happy. I only goout to eat here anymore, every other fast food place sucks. Read more

I was at the Jimmy John's on Fillmore to collect my sandwich from T-Mobile Tuesday. The manager at that time was a great help... and showed me how to do their way of getting it, yet the sandwiches are a lot smaller then I thought. The place was clean, itwas a little busy.
