Ordered from here last week after an hour I tried to call the store several times to cancel my order to do something else. No... one answered. I called corporate no one answered. I called store again no one answered. After 2 hours I got a notification thatmy order was out for delivery. I called again... finally someone answered. I told them to cancel it. Not the first time I've hadproblems with this place... they delivered to the wrong address and told me they didn't and treated me like I was lying over a$10 sandwich. Just ordered from this Jimmy John's took an hour and a half to get our food. Then our food was missing our chips from our combos... and they refuse to deliver them before there other orders, they said we can come pick them up or wait 2 hrs for delivery. Thisis the worst service I've ever experienced jimmy johns should be ashamed for taking our 10 dollar tip when we didn't even getour full order and it was so late. Disgraceful Read more
Love the food, but I have ordered from here twice in a week. They have taken 1-2 hours to deliver my food. They have also been... extremely rude and accused my neighbors of stealing my food. I had an "experienced driver" and they missed my apartment twice.They also expressed how they were doing me a courtesy by bringing my order again... I would agree if I had received the firstone. The professionalism of this store is questionable. I recommend picking up and not getting it delivered. Read more
I went in and asked for a great sandwich, meat and veg. Bennett and Winston hooked that thing up. It took less than 2 seconds.... It was amazing. I will not go to another sandwich shop while they're there. I work work in a 5 star resort, people can beneedy... But the rest of us are not. "Bennett make a good sandwich... here you are sir" done and gone. That's so valuable, youhave no idea. It was such a blessing. Read more
First off my sandwich was awesome. My complaint is with delivery, I live less them a mile from the restaurant. And it took 55... minutes to get to me. My suggestion is you might want to let people know it is going to take up to an hour or more to get yourfood. I get sending out multiple orders at a time. Your freaky fast delivery is obviously no longer a thing anymore. If I wouldhave known that it was going to take so long I would have not ordered it. Read more
I entered the store later in the evening, about 30 min before closing. The staff had the store very clean for closing, but... welcomed me in & very cheerfully served me. The store was immaculate! This particular location has loads of seating for allsized parties from individuals to families. The staff was kind, fun, and enthusiastic. I'm definitely returning to thatparticular location for my sandwiches even though I live across town! Speaking of the food, I suppose I should mention that too:???? The food was as expected: fantastic! Jimmy John's really seems to have the lettuce rap down. As I've said before, I eatPaleo & it's so nice to find a place you can order what you need without sounding like a pain in the posterior!
