I placed an order for delivery around lunch time and it did get here very fast. The only issue I have is with the bread. The... bottom of the bread was burnt on each sandwich (I ordered 3) It?s very hard and feels like a hockey puck which you can feelthrough the paper. Why it was served is beyond me. I would never serve my customers something I wouldn?t eat. The meat andveggies on the sandwich are fine if you can get passed the extremely hard bread to chew on. Read more

Not a tasty sandwich. Also it was about $10 for a "regular" which is a relatively small sandwich. You're better off going to... Arbys where their market fresh sandwiches are actually pretty good at half the price. Read more

Beware of this location! The service has only gotten worse. The prices and delivery charges have gone up and the quality and... customer service have gone down the drain. DO NOT TIP YOUR DRIVER UNTIL THEY ACTUALLY ARRIVE. The driver was rude, just handedus the bag without a greeting or apology and after taking 30 minutes (from the time it showed out for delivery) to deliver fromthe store, which is 5 minutes away. When we called to inquire about the status, the girl said the driver was sent out with toomany deliveries. Poor management on their part and they haven't been Freaky Fast in a long time. We have given this storenumerous chances and that's our bad. We will never order from this store or another Jimmy John's again. Save the hassle andorder from somewhere that has decent service. it took about an hour and a half to get here sandwiches were soggy i called the store and Anna was extremely rude and couldn't... give me any information on my order probably won't order online again They marked it as delivered half an hour before it gothere. Freaky fast is not in this stores vocabulary. The last two times we have ordered from this particular store one delivery was... more than an hour and the last was more than 2 1/2 hours. Then on top of that they got the order wrong both times. Both timeswas during non peak hours on a weekend and they blamed the delay on only having one driver. I don't blame the line employeessince they don't manage the store. But if a manager can't staff/hire enough employees to deliver their product on a weekend?Maybe they need new management. Read more

Sandwiches are always good but when we order we always request to put names on the sammys and they NEVER PUT OUR NAMES ON THE... SAMMYS! (The picture below is supposed to have the names we provided online) It's a pretty consistent problem and i just had tobring it up to y'all ! Great shop here. I work in nearby building and order often. They are here in 10 minutes flat most of the time. I don't think... they have ever messed up my order. Highly recommended. 8/26/20 - Received sandwich in 8 minutes. Google says it's a 7 minutewalk from here. :) Read more
