These guys are awesome. We put in a rather large order a week in advanced, for my uncle's memorial service. (Jimmy John's was... his favorite) not only did they have everything ready when we needed it, it was fresh, they accommodated dietary restrictionsfor one person, amd they loaded the car. Ordered the Lulu Club and Italian Night Club combos for dinner last Friday. Got home and discovered both sandwiches were flat as... pancakes. There were barely any toppings at all on the bread. We felt cheated at the drive-through because we paid forsandwiches that were not made according to the ingredients listed on the menu. Will not be returning. Read more

Now, I've only ordered here once through Door Dash last night. So keep that in mind. I have to say, Jimmy Johns uses their own... drivers to deliver their Door Dash orders, not Door Dash drivers. Turns out this is excellent! Jimmy Johns made my food superfresh and they were surprisingly fast bringing it to me! They didn't even call or text me for directions. They found my exactplace all on their own up off of Astrozon. Their sub buns are the best! Absolutely firm and fresh sub bread that can hold all ofthe ingredients the right way. The way they package orders is also excellent! Everything is put together well, correct, wrappednicely, and then sealed good. Love this place for the one time I ordered so far!!! I manage a facility and placed an order for my clients. Only to find out that they cannot deliver at the time specified in the... delivery. Once the food did arrive not all of the orders were present. I did contact the store and was simply told that that?sthe best they could do. Staff was not very friendly, as they yelled at my staff.
