$450 order for over 30 people at a workshop was 45 minutes late! Most frustrating was two different stories from two different... employees, one being the manager. I called at 10 minutes late and was told it was leaving in 2 minutes...we are only 5 minutesfrom them. Obviously, that was incorrect. Called at 35 minutes late and the manager said they didn't have drivers and that ourorder was actually ready on time. Well, couldn't have the manager, or one of the other employees that was actually there, havedelivered our order especially knowing it was so late and we were very close by? To add insult to injury, once we received theorder, none of the box lunches were marked as to what sandwich was inside so we had to open every one of them to find out. Wealso discovered that we received an inordinate amount of jalapeno chips when it was supposed to be a random mix of chips. I'venever had an issue at other Jimmy John's when ordering my individual lunch inside or through the drive through...indeed theywere "freaky fast." Catering at this location, not so much. Read more

Two times in a row I ordered delivery and both times I was called and told they didn't have a driver available to deliver my... food. This is their whole business model and they can't do it. Both times I was called by the time I was expecting my food to bedelivered. Never ordering from them again. Read more

Customer service is horrid. ?Freaky fast? is the most blatant lie. I spent half an hour stuck in the drive thru line. If I... wasn?t stuck, I would?ve left. When I finally get to the DT window, the man opened up the window and just flatly said my total.No ?thank you for being patient? or anything along those lines. Waited a few minutes for my card, then was handed my food. Noneof the employees looked happy either. Which I get we are human and we have rough days, but there?s a thing called emotionalmaturity. Tried to give this place one more shot after my last visit had me waiting over half in hour in the LOBBY. With onlytwo people ahead of me. Not coming back. Read more

I hardly ever leave reviews, however boyfriend and I ordered food on 05/30. That night son got sick, next morning I was sick,... then that afternoon boyfriend got sick. I called to warn them something is wrong, even stated ?I?m not looking for anything inreturn. I just want to give you the heads up.? From the manager I was met with ?sorry but I stand behind my food and products? Inever stated it was because of the food, it could?ve been handling. I think it was a poor way to handle the situation. Itshould?ve been ?I?m sorry we?ll look into it.? I probably won?t get JJ?s again b/c I don?t want to get sick again. However I?dbe wary about ordering from this location. Read more

Made a mobile order and arrived 10 mins after ordering and was told they were out of bread. Needed to wait in parking lot while... cars behind me in the drive thru proceeded to get their orders handed to them while I waited in parking lot. Read more
