Awesome Jimmy John's! Great, friendly customer service. Best for customer service in Colorado Springs. I usually always order a... Hunters Club Sandwich at Jimmy John's. Today was no exception. Sandwich was made fast and great quality. Dined in...clean diningarea. Convenience of having a second soda fountain on opposite sides of the dining room is a great feature. No congestion in theusual tight spaces near a hall way. Definitely a place I will eat at more often. Read more
Went in like I normally do for my lunch. Recently have been getting their new limited time sandwich but switching out the turkey... for the salami and capicola meats because I'm not a fan of turkey. Have never had an issue before but this time apparently thatis "not something they can do and I might just want to order a different sandwich." I said I'll just take the turkey, eventhough they make the alteration no problem every other time. Then I don't get my recipe which I asked for. I usually end up here once a week. Very clean, albeit small seating area, respectful and polite staff. The food is always fresh... and, as per their motto, freaky fast (like doesn't even take 5 minutes before they hand you your food with 100% accuracy). Bestfast food in Colorado Springs, if you ask me. Read more
Thank you all for being so kind and fast as you can be. I really appreciate the work you all put into making my food and making... sure it gets to me. This store has great service. There have been a few mishaps but the only reason I bother to mention them isto also mention that they correct the situation every time and go out of their way to ensure they are giving outstandingcustomer service. I've been ordering from this store for about a year or more. The food is always made right and is delicious.The people are friendly, courteous, and willing to make things work amicably. It's been a few days since I have eaten at a Jimmy John's. I have always enjoyed a sandwich from here. Ate there today and... probably won't return for awhile. $12 for an 8" sandwich. Definitely overpriced for an average sandwich. Bread was justalright. My review would be different if it was a $7 sub. With all the choices available I think I'm going to pass on JimmyJohn's in future. Read more
When I ordered, I asked for banana peppers. After realizing my sandwich had ?cherry peppers? instead I went up and asked about... the miscommunication hoping to get a side of the peppers I asked for. The guy (same one we ordered from) was very rude and keptsaying we don?t offer the kind of peppers I was asking for. I wasn?t asking for a refund; that wasn?t my intention, I just wishI had known. I did not ask for what was put on the sandwich and he was very insensitive not offering any help. Ironic becausethere?s even a sign we were sitting next to that says ?the customer is usually right.?
