Consistently fresh and tasty subs. From start to finish we have never had a bad experience at this location.

First off, I came to this store for because it?s convenient and my favorite sandwich is made here. The customer service has... always been bad. Faith the manager is rude, snappy, and unpleasant. Never the less I was there for the food. I ate here weekly.I ordered my usual 56 and took it back to work. The sandwich had a bunch of plastic bits in it. I called and informed them. Theystated the beef has pieces of grit in it and it?s normal and they get this complaint quite often. I have probably bought 200 #56sandwiches from all different locations. I have not once had ?grit? in it. I couldn?t even cut the plastic with a pocket knife.It looked like it was a brim of a Tupperware container to me. Anyways they said there?s nothing they would do. No refund andwould not remake the sandwich. I came into the store to complain to the manager and there was 2 other guys yelling at the stafffor plastic in their sandwiches too. I then threw the sandwich in the trash and walked out. I will drive to a different locationfrom here on out. Read more

The customer service is very poor along with the food quality. The manager, Faith, was very unpleasant. The meat is disgusting.

Good food will be going back... Reasonably priced...

Jersey Mike's Subs are very very good. The assortment and the size of the subs can't be beat. Their philly cheese steak is... better than most restaurants. delicious Read more

Great place if you're sick of Jimmy John's in Subway, little high on the price

I came in for a Tuna sandwich and was told that they ran out of it and instead of making more i had to purchase a giant sub... Chicken Bacon and it was horrible!! The meat was disgusting and the kids that were working that shift had no idea what they weredoing. So disgusted that i spent $16 on a terrible sandwich. Read more

I love Jersey Mikes and I eat here frequently. At this location, my food is only right half the time and the employees are... lacking good customer service. It's a new location so I'll give it time to buff out but I really hope they pump up customerservice. EDIT: I changed to a one star review because the response from the owner is just advertisement for another store. Igave good constructive criticism for your new location as a frequent customer and your response should have shown that you care.Will not be back to this location. Read more
