Stopped going 2 months ago after using it for months weekly. They started using their hard stale wheat bread multiple times and... then were out of honey mustard dressing and would hand out sandwich without it and say nothing. I came in and a friendly gal took my order. As I waited, I searched for a clean table to sit at?I went through 8 tables before I... found one that was not as dirty as all the others! There was trash and debris all over the floors?along with stains? it appearsit hadn?t had a decent cleaning in a VERY long time! This jersey mikes is not consistent with the others across the country. They prepared the sandwiches/subs/hoagies differently... and laid the bread on a counter on which they were leaning on with their bare arms. The employees did not know how to wrap thesandwiches without the toppings coming out the side so i had to help show them since I?m from nj/philly and this is a verycommon thing to know how to do up there as it should be at every jersey mike?s. I'm posting a 5 star review for this team working on 06/08/2022 because during the lunch hour they were faced with some really... difficult challenges. The parking lot was half blocked off because there was a company resealing it, and with 7 open businesses,several of them being restaurants, that can't be easy for anyone. People are already walking in annoyed about the parkingsituation. To top it off, they had a TON of online orders that they were drowning in. I understood one woman was waiting forover half an hour in the store for an order she made online. And then others who didn't even wait as long as her were even moreangry/annoyed and rude to the employees. They are honestly doing the best that they can. The lunch hour is always business at asandwich shop. The place is kept clean, and the sandwiches are generally made within a decent timeframe. I walked in and waiteda little bit to be addressed, but my sandwich, once ordered, was made promptly. The staff was very friendly despite all theother rude customers, and although they were extremely stressed out, you could tell they were trying their best not to let theiranxiety bleed into their customer interactions. Sometimes companies have tough days, and I think today was definitely a strugglefor this team, but they did an amazing job persevering. So kudos to them. Keep up the great work! Read more

I really wanted a sub sandwich today; I saw someone get one delivered this afternoon, and I developed a craving. We discussed... which sub places we liked and why, and we decided on one popular place... however, my body wanted Jersey Mike's Subs, and Idrove to my 'new sub place' by instinct. I've eaten here 3 times now and Sara here has waited on me twice now. She is sopatient, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. While Jersey Mike's Subs are deliciously superior subs in my opinion; peoplelike Sara are why you keep coming back. Thank you for being my home town hero! Y'all definitely get????? 5 stars! They have been trained well and they do it with a smile everyday. I was there today, again, for a Giant anda take home lunch, and once again had a terrific experience. 1st time visiting here. Really good portabello and Swiss sandwich. Nice service and the price wasn't too bad.
