First time eating here. Probably my last time. Half our order was missing. Food was okay but nothing special. Of course I... wouldn't know completely because half the order didn't make it. I'd love to tell you how these burgers are, and I'd love to tell you how great the service is...but I'm a walking eater. I'm not... going to spend gasmoney to wait for 20+ minutes in an empty lot for food two years outside of the Pandemic window because ofDrive-Thru-Only ordering... I really want to try Jack in the Box and I can't...and I know they're not busy at this locationbecause I've tried to walk over 30+ times in the last month. I know some people may swear by their food, but I wasn't very impressed. All I could smell was a thick heavy stale grease smell... when I pulled up to the window and it was also much more pricy than I'm used too. I have 6 Littles. And I usually pay about40$-45$ for all of us. My total. $57. Also after eating the chicken tenders ( in the only one who had them ) I was so sick.Trying not to be too graphic but ...right after eating t heir it all came out and then some. Luke I had just done some kind ofColon cleanse. For HOURS. all night long. Felt like I literally lost 15 lbs. So yeah. This never happens to me and I can'tthink of anything else it could've been. I had nit eaten anything else and I just know I was definitely dealing with somekinda food poisoning. I called the place later that day to tell them about it and the manager or shift lead was not veryprofessional or helpful either . I am giving 5 stars due to the fact that this stores managers and most of its crew work with bare minimum every single day and... do their absolute best to try to push through and provide excellent service and food! They give their all thought I can tellthey're all exhausted from excessively rude customers and daily life; I can truly see that they try so hard to make thingsright! And to the yackos that complain; your complaints are mostly small things that are most certainly your first worldprivelage red flags. Please. Grow up and have some consideration for the people serving your food. You that are amazing to thestaff,I applaud you because they wouldn't let you leave unhappy on purpose as human are not perfect. 1st - the Staff were very friendly and apologetic for the wait. However, It was in between rush periods. We were 3rd in... line...by the way... NO DINE IN - DRIVE THRU ONLY Maybe they were short staffed AND training new staff? Sure did take a while(approx 20 minutes) just to place an order. Then, it took another 15 minutes to get our shakes! There was a little bit of a wait in the drive through, the cashier apologized and let us know the one car ahead had added to... their order, no big deal. I always get the sourdough Jack and that's never disappointed me. The tiny tacos however were not likeregular Jack in the box tacos, more like microwave taquitos with nacho toppings. Read more
It had been a long time since I went to a Jack in the box, it has improved! It's is still fast food but it was good.
