Place Sucks, TURN OFF YOUR 3rd party app.... SINCE YOU CANNOT manage it.. Waste of my time. Picking up 3rd party orders ....... CLOSE THE STORE...IF YOU CANNOT DO THAT, THEN NOTIFY THE the 3rd party company, that LOBBY IS CLOSE permanently. .. getsomeone that can manage the drive up and lobby... if it is lack of people... I try not to give bad reviews and give restaurants many chances to rectify the problem. But this happens every single time we... go. We just picked up food from this location. I made sure to ask the guy at the window for fresh fries. Because time and timeagain we are handed stale cold fries. And when we ask for fresh hot fries. We get a dirty look or an attitude. I'm sorry, but ifyou would give people what they ask for from the beginning, you wouldn't have to do it over again the right way. Also, it's notcoming out of your pocket, I'm paying for my food. Why am I getting an attitude? I'm definitely not going back to this location.Im tired of the cold food and I'm especially tired of the dirty looks and attitude because i ask for fresh fries and not acceptstale cold fries. Check the bag before you head home. They often forget items. Other than that the food is good. Mostly come here for breakfast.... We enjoy trying the seasonal offerings. Ridiculous... but imo, the best egg rolls in town. Lol. ???? Loaded breakfast sandwichis great and so are the tiny tacos. The burgers aren't my fav, lack flavor. Chocolate cake is yummy. Great curly fries, funlittle pancakes good for what they are. Sad they took off the French toast sticks. Read more
Service was outstanding. I had the egg and sausage croissant, it needed a little mayo but it was good. Ive been treated horrible... at all the other jack in the boxes. So this was a breath of fresh air. Read more
Jack fails again. Check my reviews common theme all over the USA this trip. This time dining room closed AGAIN. they got signs... up (unfortunately I didn't get a pic) asking us to be patient and understand dining room is closed, staff shortages blah blahblah. Ten minutes I sat behind one car (gas prices being what they are and all totally uncool and environmentally a nightmare at530 dinnertime hot of the day. One car, 10 minutes to pull-up and see 5!!!! Employees, one waiting on me at window those 3 girlsin the picture standing, chatting, leaning, laughing but clearly not working. The other big fella don't know what he was doinghe came from front counter area (dining room closed). I converse about is the dining room closed? Response, yes. Then why doesit take 12 minutes for you to wait on one customer who got one bag food? And why isn't my order ready? "We understaffed" I toldthe three girls I watched from the window to smile which they were glad to pose for til I said was gonna share to Jack. Thenthey got rude start screaming at me. 3 years after the PLANdemic and you still have dining closed. The drive through wouldn't take an hour and waste $5/gal gas if... you let the humans eat inside again. Wake the hell up. Food is good, just ridiculous to see who's still going along with theBS.. 3 years later. Must be saving these companies millions because they need less staff and hell, no more refills on drinks...nobody can complain about anything either because they won't want to wait in the drive through. Genius Jack in the Box. We'll,not really ...as a result I visit 10x less than I used to. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. I still have 3cars ahead of me after typing all of this. Special cheese bun only cover half of top of burger, and a burger with the word bacon in it came with small, broken and burned... up bacon bits scrapings from the grill. Also, business was listed as Lobby open. But that is not true. Not a big deal but I hadquestions I wanted to speak to the staff about. Made a complait to corporate, and store manager called back and was veryapologetic and helpful. Read more
This was my First and, Last experience with Jack in the box, I'm a service member, I was Not given a discount even when... presented in uniform and, asked but disregarded, our drink was overflowing. Their was barbecue sauces shoved into the fries, shenever gave us our receipt and, I was almost charged a additional meal due to asking questions of the ingredients of the meal,there was attitude and, much neglected service and, deprived customer service.
