We had a late dinner and some drinks at The Hotel Bar during our stay. The patio and cafe lights made for the perfect ambiance.... The leather seats and dark wood paneled walls set for such a warm and welcoming evening. Our server suggested a beer that wasbrewed just for the property which was delicious. Have only had a Ceasar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken seems to be reheated grilled chicken, which was a little odd. The... ceasar salad itself was quite good though. Ill need to try a hot dish if I get another chance to visit again. Read more
A friend and I visited the Broadmoor to check out the grounds and the Christmas decorations. It was SO crowded so we were... pleasantly surprised when we didn\'t have to wait for a place at The Hotel Bar.\n\nI had an Old Fashioned and it was delicious -muddled fruit and all. There were complimentary apps (seasoned pistachios and corn chips). The pistachios were very flavorfuland spicy. The corn chips reminded me of a frito. But way better, like a fancy frito.\n\nWe ordered the Bruschetta for a quicksnack and it was great. My sister who has a severe dairy allergy got super sick from one of your red lentil pasta that was supposedly dairy free , and... vegan . We told the waiter she has this allergy , he was dismissive and assumed the dish was fine as it was labeled as dairyfree and vegan . I?m extremely disappointed. Read more
