What I love about this place is the variety of toppings and the quality of their ingredients. Now, their pies and/or slices are... not too big, but they're packed with flavor. A bit on the pricey side, but not too bad and definitely well worth it. I orderedto go, but the place looked clean and cozy. The staff was very pleasant and I did not have to wait very long. I ordered the "MyCousin Vinny" pie for my sons, and two separate slices for me. One "Margherita," and the other, I don't remember the name, butit had a garlic based sauce with some mushrooms, sausage and onions, and it was really tasty. The crust, however, takes theprize. Really enjoyed the food from High Rise. Great flavors , fresh ingredients. We had the house and Greek salad . I'd recommend... either the sausage and ricotta roll were light but filling. Having worked with the owner Ben a few years ago at The Pinery, once I heard he was opening his own pizza establishment I knew... it was something I would want to try. Knowing his craft and the quality of his work, I knew I would be in for a real treat, andas such, High Rise Pizza Kitchen exceeds all my expectations! The dough/crust process, combined with fresh and qualityingredients, have made some of the best pizzas I?ve had to date. I hope I can say the same for many others as well!
