The sushi was very delicious,better than I expected! I am very picky when it comes to sushi restaurants and though I'd always... recommend Osae, this comes second to a yummy sushi place here in Colorado springs. The atmosphere is nice and the waitresses arefriendly and so sweet. We were forgotten about for awhile because of the party arrival differences and ended up getting a freeappetizer from the long wait!! They close midday and you gotta pay for parking, the downtown area is nice so walking aroundisn't an issue! Read more

I had lunch there today and tried the salmon salad for the first time, it was very tasty and it had a good portion of salmon.... The food presentation is great. We asked for miso soup and the waitress forgot, we reminded her and got it a little before thefood came to the table. Other than that everything is good, the atmosphere is relaxing. Read more

We enjoyed our dinner at Fujiyama in Colorado Springs. The presentation was delightful and the staff was very attentive. We choose Bento as our dinner. Good: Oranges and grapes are delicious. Bad: The sweet potatoes in the tempura were underripe.... The tempura itself is not fired enough. The chicken is too salty but the water is unfiltering. The sushi inside looks like itwas thrown away by other customers, picked up and put inside. I paid 16 dollars for seafood ramen that had two squid and some noddles in it, the bar tender didn?t know how to make a martini,... and it is freezing cold in there. My husbands steak was so overdone that it was hard to chew and swallow. The flavors areaverage. Read more

Sushi was very good, but service is really slow. Numerous options of vegetarian rolls (few are vegan or can be made so) that are... actually thought out besides single vegetables. The Inari slices on top of two of the rolls was ingenious. Would come again,just plan on spending at least an hour and a half. Such a great experience!! Melissa was absolutely outstanding and had such a funny sense of humor. So sweet and kind. The sushi... was so scrumptious. And my dad let me tell you is not an easy guy to please when it comes down to sushi. But he was blown awayand loved everything he got. I most certainly recommend here if you want to eat sushi. The service was incredible (Melissa) andeveryone else. The music choice was on point! And such a great environment. Friendly and welcoming. If I could give this place 6stars I most certainly would!
