Placed my order at the drive thru, instead of fries, I wanted cheese curds. Unfortunately after getting my food there were no... cheese curds. I went inside and told the staff, they were more than accommodating. They made me a fresh order of cheese curdsand gave me a voucher for some custard. I really appreciate the customer service. If I could give it a lower rating I would, this is one of the most disgusting establishments I have been. Into. The floors... looked they haven't been swept or mopped in a month. Ice cream was dripping down the counters, food was all over the floor InThe food prep area the food line was covered old unused food the area where we picked up our food was completely disgusting. Idefinitely will not come back to this location and will recommend all my friends and family or even a complete stranger for thatmatter not to eat at this location either. Read more

First time there. The staff were very friendly very pleasant. Had the burger with Swiss cheese and fried onions very good. Did... not care for their French fries. I do not care for the thin cut fries. As for if I would visit there again yes I would. I wouldnot order the combo with fries. Read more

I don't know if there are any other Freddy's in town but this Freddy's is the only one I have ever seen or been to. For a burger... joint this one is good. The burgers are made to order first of all. I have been to this one probably 2 dozen times and they havenever screwed up my order. I'm not a big shoestring fry guy, so any combines I Jae would be they need to serve steak fries orsomething other than shoestring fries. Read more

This place was sooo good!! We got a shake and the burgers top notch. They even have seating outside

Lots of employees here but none waiting on counter. Had to walk around and announce myself to get waited on. Service then was... quick but the meal was not good. The plastic tray they put our plastic burger boats on was filthy. Easily noticed but none did.I won't be back. First time and last time at Freddy's for me. Read more

Couldn't give this place a higher rating. I absolutely love cheeseburgers and I'm always gonna be completely honest about a... rating. I always hear that this place was quite close to Culver's and wanted to give it another try. Went through thedrive-thru and it wasn't too bad. The staff was pretty cool so no issues with them. However, the price of their doublecheeseburgers are pretty high in my opinion but it is what it is. The burger was on the colder side and leaning to one side(aspictured) so that was a bummer and dissapointing.Overall, the taste was actually pretty good. Right on par with Culvers. Also,my fiance' ordered a milkshake from here but she wasn't happy with it so that was a bummer as well. Personally, I think it's alittle over rated and I could have gotten better with my money somewhere else. At any rate, if you do decide to come here then Ihope you have a good experience.
