I actually like their dessert I personally feel that their hamburgers are thin and don't particularly care for their French... fries I feel that if you order a double hamburger it's about the size of a single hamburger that's how thin their meat. Ordered in the drive through, got out food and there were no condiments on it as we ordered it. Go inside and we are ignored for... over ten minutes. Finally a man asked if we had been helped, told him we just needed our condiments, he goes over and startstaking other customers orders and ignored us completely. Took the other customers order and then goes into the back to not beseen again. After about another ten minutes a lady comes over and we again tell her we just needed the relish we ordered andthey keep behind the counter. She finally hands it to us. It's hard to rank a fast food store as a five-star restaurant but it was an excellent experience and better than any previous... experience at other locations. I made sure to thank the staff for the best chicken lettuce wrap I have ever had there. It was10:40 when we walked in which puts us at 20 minutes before closing on Saturday night and the staff was all very accommodatingand the food was fabulous. Read more

First time eating at Freddy?s and it was awesome. Great burgers, fries, and concrete ice cream mixers.

It was my first time visiting Freddie?s. I got the spicy crispy chicken sandwich, onion rings and a soft drink to go. The sauce... on the sandwich was delicious. It was very unique tasting and gave the sandwich a uniquely different taste from competitorschicken sandwiches. They also put plenty of sauce on the sandwich which was great since competitors chicken sandwiches alwaysseem to be too dry. I placed the order by app for pick up and had a slight wait time when I arrived on time. I attributed it tothe lady in front of me who seemed to have an extremely large order. Read more

Very disappointed, just as I've been the last few times I've been to this location. As others have mentioned recently, staff is... overworked and overwhelmed, and customer experience is REALLY suffering. If I'm paying $9 per large basket cheese curds, I wouldcertainly expect more than a handful of them (15-20, yes I did count). I left feeling ripped off. DQ has you guys beat in termsof pricing, food quality AND quantity, speed, and customer service. There's no excuse for it to be so underwhelming; I'm payingnearly twice what I would pay for normal 'fast-food' and you're definitely not giving me what I am paying for. Management needsto learn how to manage. I won't blame the employees, because I know a culture of laziness and doing the bare minimum just toscrape by starts from the top down. That being said, employees seem very stressed and unhappy. Just all-around unacceptable,honestly, and if your team were not so stressed out and overwhelmed with customers when I was there, I'd have asked for a refundon the spot. The upsides were the young man with the beard and chain who took my order. He was friendly, quick, and attentive.And the ice cream was good. The cheese curd business really just set me off. Foods pretty good, we live in the area and occasionally come for ice cream and rarely food. I gave it a three star because of... the slowwwwwwww service. We?ve never dined in, only drive through and every single time we?ve gone we?ve sat in the drivethrough for 15 min+, no exaggeration. It usually starts at the order speaker, they ask us to wait and that?s 5 minutes or sothen when you swing around we wait additional time there. Not sure if it?s low staff or what. Staff are always nice though andthe speaker is hit or miss so we always have to clarify, as they mix up our concretes and sundaes but has happened a coupletimes so we attribute it to the poor speaker maybe? Sometimes it?s not worth the wait, can?t see the dining room but we?reusually the only first or second one in line for drive through and it?s still the same wait!
