Amazing cheese curds and fries! And not everyday you see a manager that truly cares about cleanliness of a restaurant!

Dirty facility, flies everywhere, and disrespectful staff! Our food had flies crawling on the fries and hamburgers. When my... husband asked if we were supposed to eat food with flies on it the employee responds "maybe" and the manager defended it sayingthey have fly traps up all over to try to fix the issue. The counters and floors are filthy. My hand stuck to the counter thefood was served on from it being sticky and there was literally employees throwing food on to the floor while cooking. So very expensive for what was received, the order was very wrong when delivered, staff at window literally replied I don?t know... to my questions when asked is this a shake or something else. So terribly disappointed, I like the burgers, but the rest of myfamily disagrees guess this will be my last visit. Okay, so this was my first experience with Freddie's and I loved it!!! The food was really good! The burger was perfect, but I'm... being honest the fries weren't too great... That's just cause I prefer thicker fries and theirs were skinny but that's not a badthing. Recently I have been on a quest to try the all the fast food places and their shakes/IceCreams and as of right now,Freddie's has now taken the lead! I got their chocolate brownie concrete, and it was one of the best ice creams I've ever hadfrom a fast food joint. Great job for that! The only downside I can think of for this place would be the price, it's not cheapbut not expensive, it's kinda in that weird awkward middle range in terms of cost, but if you want something good to eat andsome fantastic ice cream, I can definitely recommend Freddie's! ???? Service was slow but the quality of food was great according to the two people I was there with. However, I ordered a "gluten... free lettuce wrapped burger" and got very sick from the cross contaminated food. I will not be going back there. But thecustomers who ate normal orders seemed happy.
