Reviews for Five Guys in Colorado Springs, CO
Five guys used be to one of the best places to get a good burger and fries but since covid the quality of the food and service... has gone down drastically. Especially at this location. The last two times I have came to this location it has taken over 40mins to order and get our food. Which is of subpar quality at best. This last visit the soda machine literally every selectiontasted HORRIBLE! Not sure what needs change but something does. I will no longer be coming to this location. Read more
Five guys used to be great. You could get a decent size burger for a reasonable cost. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger... and it cost over $10.00 and the patty is so thin now all I could taste wwere the bread and toppings. Very disappointing thatthis is what it has turned into. The fries are normally really good but tonight they were drenched in way too much salt! Read more
Smells like American in there. Great place to have a simple burger you like. The place is very clean and has very nice... employees. Their fries are AMAZING! They got the best burgers and are always great with their fries and milkshakes. Looking atthe way the sunshine hits the meat, it was a religious experience. Read more
They have great fries and I love that I can snack on peanuts while I wait. My hubby loves going here, but since I cannot eat... beef, there is no option for me. A veggie burger option would be great guys! Even their hotdogs are beef. Read more
Update: 20220615, same as below. Good dang burger and fries. People still really nice and helpful. Good solid burger with... plenty of toppings. The small fries are plenty as there is about another small fries loose in the bag. Folks were nice aswell and the place was clean. My biggest gripe with 5 guys is the price. Burger and fries is approx $15 (no drink). Thesmallest fries are $4.25... it's a potato, right? The burger is pretty beefy, two not-smashed patties. Read more
Was craving a delicious cheeseburger and wasn't quite sure what was available in the area. I love Freddy's and In&Out, but Five... Guys was close, so I decided to try. The service was very friendly. The cheeseburger was OK, not overly impressive to me. Thefries were tasty but not crispy or crunchy at all. Definitely a pricier establishment. Not a favorite of mine. Great servicethough. Read more
We decided to try some hamburger places that weren?t named In N Out to compare some of the best in the Colorado Springs... area. We tried Five Guys and ultimately we were unimpressed. The double very thin patties were more of a necessity than apositive. The fries were not worth the caloric intake being very greasy. Wasn?t a bad burger but wasn?t anything to write homeabout. The staff though were nice and everything was very clean. I would recommend other hamburger places in the ColoradoSprings area. Read more
