Stopped in this afternoon with my girlfriend and I must say Mackenzie (hopefully I?m spelling that right) was absolutely... amazing! Despite being in the middle of a rush and dealing with all the business she had coming her way, she served us with asmile on her face and made us feel welcome. We walked out saying we were definitely coming back to this location hoping to beserved by her again! That woman deserves a raise! The food was amazing too! Read more
During covid, this was our absolute favorite place to eat. We ordered pickup from here a few times a month and it was delicious... every time. Now, it's just bad. We won't be coming back after our last visit. Our sandwiches were terribly dry, no sauce, noseasonings, no flavor. I got a large sandwich and just threw away the last half, it made me angry how terrible it was.Additionally, they weren't even the sandwiches we wanted because they literally took every single one of our favorite sandwichesoff the menu. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!! I don?t know why I haven?t been here sooner!!!! DO NOT TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS!!!! The food is made to... order, the guy was friendly and patient with us being first timers. Not feeling this place, the people working here are awesome. Very friendly. The food is gross. I?ve eaten here a few times. This... time I just got a basic burger. Triple meat, ketchup and cheese. The buns were soaked in grease and ketchup. It was really notedible by hand. The Patties were raw. I love my burgers medium but this was really raw. I ordered for 3 people and every personwho ate got sick. The cheese sticks made my girlfriend puke. The cheese steak made my friend sick, and the burger I only took2-3 bites from made me sick. Best thing about this place was the service. The 2 guys working were very friendly. The food was not good. The cheese fries had... way too much cheese slopped on them. The burgers, even though they looked good the burger to topping ratio is off. The singleburger is very thin, it was essentially a veggie sandwich. The milkshake was good. The dining area was dirty. If we had noticedthe dirty dining area before ordering we would have left. My daughter was right, what do you expect from a place called FatShack. Read more
I only had fried Oreos and fried cheesecake from here and they were both delicious. It was so much cheesecake filling though,... I?m not sure I?d get it again but I loved the Oreos and my leftovers lasted 2-3 days. Typically fried Oreos aren?t so well beingreheated but these did well. Definitely recommend for dessert. Fine place, some good food here. I ordered a double patty hamburger and it was flavorful and delicious and the french fries... were crunchy and awesome. The milk shake was real fruit which is always a bonus. The wait time was not too bad either for afreah hamburger. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Military discount available. Read more
Food was ok. The food challenge needs more options on sandwich choices. The staff are freaking awesome! The atmosphere needs to... be bigger, more TV and seating.... But still, I'd go back again and try another selection. Read more
