I?ve been going here on and off for the last 2 years. Since then the meals have gotten smaller and more expensive. It?s gotten... to the point where you?re paying 11 dollars for 250 calorie meal. When I started visiting their location they were selling400-500 calorie meals for 8 dollars. It?s gotten to the point where it?s too expensive and the meal quality is overall not thegreatest. I am new to the Colorado Springs area (in the Army, so move around a lot) and Fast Fit Foods reminds me of the local meal prep... place I adored in San Antonio called Zedrics. Overall, I like the meals I bought (did the 14 meal discount deal), but some ofthe meals were not as tasty as others. For example, the Beijing Beef is delicious, but the sweet potato fries and steak meal wasbland, fries mushy, and steak was tough with too much fat grizzle. Might want to rethink that meal all around. Zedrics served asimilar meal, but they actually served a 6 oz. steak filet, sweet potato chunks, and green beans...it was one of my favs, andonly $15. Also, please add variety to the menu. Zedrics was constantly changing up the menu adding different foods and takingaway the unpopular ones. Zedrics is just as local and small of a business as Fast Fit Foods, so small things like this can andshould be done to keep customers coming back. I will continue to buy food from Fast Fit Foods, but will also look around formore variety or just meal prep myself. Lastly, the prices for the meals are overall spendy compared to Zedrics. This could be aColorado versus Texas price difference that I am slowly getting used to, but I thought the prices for some of the meals were wayover marked. The one meal I recommend and would pay the $18 price again is the salmon dinner. It was delicious!!! In sum, lovethe meal prep company, love that it is local, but learn from other meal prep companies and add variety to menu, be mindful ofthe quality of food (don't serve fat grizzle and mushy fries), and try and keep prices reasonable. This place is awesome! Finally healthy meals with the correct macros that you don't have to prep yourself! Prepping 7 days of... chicken, rice, and broccoli might be easy but it's not a way to live a normal life. I have been using Fast Fit Foods for about 2 years now, and I really love it. I track everything, so the fact that everything is... already portioned out makes it very easy to add to my food diary. I do wish they tracked some micros like fiber, sugar, andsodium. They switch up their menu pretty regularly, which is nice because I get tired of eating the same thing all thetime. The staff is always nice and helpful, and they do run promotions from time to time. Couldn?t be happier! Please bring alocation to Pueblo! Read more
