Online said dine in was available however, after... driving from Black Forest, there was a note on the front door that said no dine in. This was an amazing meal. The shrimp Po'boy was fantastic. The shrimp was crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. The... bread was toasted to perfection and well sauced. You will not be disappointed. I also got a steak poutine. It was beautifullydressed and tasted like home. Again, you won't regret it. Thanks and keep up the great work. So overall, I have some pros and cons about the restaurant. Me and my woman went on a Sunday with only one other family in the... restaurant. We were taken care of rather quickly(You would hope so).For starters, I ordered the Blue Crab Gumbo(not pictured)and She had the Clam Chowder (not pictured). The Gumbo was hot and so was the chowder. While the chowder had a good taste, Mygumbo tasted more like taco seasoning and the crab tasted cheap and like it was outdated. For our main courses, I ordered The"Ben's Seafood Platter", and She ordered the "Whole Crawfish plate". Now these came out pipin hot. But note that it took overhalf an hour for our food to come out. The only other 2 people in there( who order 10-15 mins after we did) received their foodbefore us. Didn't like that, but I was thinking it would be worth the wait. Sadly, it wasn't. The food was pretty average forthe price. The highlight of the food was their house dipping sauce. Should not be the case. Overall, the resaurant disappointedme due to the hype. In our experience and opinion, it was very basic and average. We would have been better off driving toDenver for Pappadeaux to get my money's worth. This place is so nice, love the atmosphere with smooth jazz playing, delicious cajun blackened mahi mahi was perfect an the... calamari were big strips not just the legs like most places, we sat down right away waited an talked 10 ish 15 min then the appscame ,by the time we were done with the garlic bread and the calamari our dinner was being served. Very attentive servers anvery helpful to answer questions. Even had the pleasure to speak to the nephew of the business, very polite. I finally tried the food. Super delicious and I like the friendly staff. I think it's a bonus for freshly cooked food, don't... mind the wait because it's always worth it. The food was awesome!!! VERY reasonably $priced the quantity and quality is definitely worth it (btw the pic of the calamari was... taken after we ate half of it). Our server, Bianca was super sweet, we were checked on quite frequently. The chairs were verycomfy the decor was a little funky but I went for the taste of food not the looks of the restaurant. Absolutely amazing establishment. Food is excellent, service is 10 out of 10, atmosphere is unparalleled. The sweet tea is... actually sweet which is hard to find in Colorado. Hefty portions and high quality food, you get more than you pay for. Chairsand booths are very comfortable. Pictures are of crab cakes, gumbo, key lime pie, and sweet tea. Read more
