Don't go here unless you have A LOT of time to wait. We waited in line this morning for more than 30 minutes in the drive thru... before we got through it. I want to point out that this location that has a drive thru that is located atop a retaining wall andis basically a cliff on one side and the building on the other, so there is no leaving the drive thru lane once you are in it.We arrived at 10:10am with 4 cars in front of us and left the drive thru at 10:42am. No apologies, no explanations. When I askedthe girl at the window about it, she got very snotty and said they are very busy with customers in the store and online. Sorry, not good enough. A drive thru that customers cannot choose to leave should be prioritized as the customers in the store canchoose to leave if they can't wait, and online orders can be suspended if there is not enough coverage to handle it. Seems to methat the manager dropped the ball and did not correctly handle incoming business and the girl at the window needs more trainingto learn how to talk to customers. In the meantime we had to wait so long that we were late getting my son to work. Won't begoing back here. Read more

They got my order wrong twice. They got two customers order wrong before me as well. Was disappointed to see that they're still... stuck in 2020 while the rest of the world moves on. I found them on Google maps and decided to give them a try based on theirmenu and pricing. The pricing of course was not up to date. Businesses need to keep up with their online menu and pricing orjust get rid of it because it doesn't serve them. I decreased their stars because my son ordered a cinnamon roll. We got to ourcar and he went to eat it and it was cold. Who serves cold cinnamon rolls from a bakery? He told me it was fine, but we know itwasn't. I assumed they would have warmed it up, nope, just straight from the fridge and into a to go box. Read more

Good bagels, good coffee, good people. They no longer allow you to sit inside, closed to the public. I was told I could sit... outside in 20 mph winds. Lame. Read more

It is almost 2023. The covid lockdowns ended 2 years ago. Biden himself is on record saying the "pandemic" is over. You want 9$... for a bagel sandwich that I have to eat in my cold car because you refuse to open your lobby. This is obviously to help yourbottom line at the expense of my customer service. I will patronize your competition in the future. Read more

Wife got a cinnamon raisin bagel, and I got a cheesy hash brown bagel, both toasted and plain cream cheese. Bagels were soft but... fresh and tasty. She really liked her caramel macchiato with almond milk. So much you converted her from Starbucks! Read more

So I got the Texas brisket egg sandwich as I do everyday. This is what I got today. Someone forgot to cover up the brisket, it... completely dried out to the point to where it?s crunchy. And I guess someone didn?t care to fix that they just wanted to put thedry ?brisket jerky? on my sandwich. Very very rude. Please watch the food your giving people as they pay a decent amount ofmoney for it. Also, the job is basic, so it should be easy to keep this from happening. Just cover the meat up?. Read more

Started out with a 3, but I think a 4 more is more accurate. My Turkey Bagel was delicious, even though I asked for it toasted... and it wasn't. My biggest complaint is the lack of knowledge in properly making drinks. As someone who trained baristas for 4years, I like to watch people make drinks. I watched the barista pump mocha into the cup, then add milk, then add shots, thenadd ice. She then put lids on them and lightly shook them. That's how you end up with a mess like this. Read more

On the occasions that I?ve gone to this Einsteins, they?ve gotten my order wrong more times than right. I always ask for a... 2-egg, chorizo sunrise with NO avocado and NO cheddar because those are my personal preferences. Yet, both are added. It?s neverbusy when I go. There?s usually one or two people inside and at the drive thru. So I?m not sure HOW this oversight happens. Iknow I?m not the only customer who would appreciate a little more attention to detail. Thanks. Read more
