Great service! Wonderful bagels! This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be coming back.

never. ever. EVER go here. the only thing they serve is disappointment. i went here at around 11:20 am wanting to get a nova lox... bagel. seeing that it cost 8soemthing dollars i got an avocado egg bacon bagel instead cuz cheapness. (it was 5.47) took them20+ minutes to get it out to me. i had been standing in line for roughly 15 minutes then i went to the bathroom, stood foranother 10 or so until the cook and cashier whispered to each other and gave me my order. kinda disappointing, but i wouldn?treally blame them too much since of course the one time i step out of the room, they call my name. it wasn?t even that busy andi counted five staff members on the floor. and even then they seemed stressed and disorganized. really unsatisfactory becausewhen i did try my bagel it was nasty. the egg white was bland and tasted of old grease. there was hardly any bacon, the avocadowas flavorless, and the bagel it was on tasted like it was a week old. you?d think a bagel company would have masteredmaking?bagels. the last time i went here, my experience was terrible (they gave me no cream cheese on my ?bagel and creamcheese?) and i?m quite frustrated and sad that i gave them a second chance and wasted my money. if a nova lox bagel i mademyself is better and cheaper, you know einstein?s doing something wrong. please never go to this shop, it?s terrible and youwill regret going. Food Poisoning. I had used the contact form to let them know how incredibly dirty this location was on Centennial and Garden of... the Gods. If they aren't letting people eat inside, they can at least sweep and wipe down coffee bars, to-go stations, andcounters. I decided to not finish my Tasty Turkey because it tasted off. Sure enough, it made me sick. The turkey tasted off andwhen I looked at it, the lettuce was old. Read more

We ordered a baker's dozen bagel box through DoorDash and they ran out of the bagels we ordered, didn't call us to ask what we... wanted to replace them with and wouldn't give us a refund because it was a DoorDash order. This was my first time eating atEinstein Bros. Bagels and I would not recommend it to anyone else after this experience. They offloaded their unwanted leftoverson me knowing that they wouldn't have to deal with any repercussions because it was a delivery. 1/3 of the bagels in the box arenot what we ordered. Read more

Food is good. BUT... why in the world is everyone still wearing masks and not allowing customers to dine inside? Have they... forgotten 2020 is over and we have all moved on. The owner is really hurting his bottom dollar by not allowing people to dineinside. The whole point of these type of "restaurants" is to have people inside drinking coffee, being on their computers,reading books, etc. (This generates revenue and additional spending.) Try to focus on your customers and demographic. Doorsshould be open, music playing and to be welcoming. Read more

Good place to get your coffee and bagels, but still doesn't have indoor dining, they lost a lot of regular customers because of... that when you can go to other places and get your coffee and indoor dining. They lost a lot of their regulars. Read more
